It was a great long-term stay.I visited simply to stay, not for sightseeing. I work online, so it was very comfortable to be able to stroll around the surrounding countryside in between jobs, but there are no major events nearby other than the Blue Sea, so those who come for sightseeing may feel a little bored. In short, it's "Nuh-Nuh-Nuh".It's an irresistible environment for those who like to eat and drink. There is a liquor store called "Kitayama Shoten" within walking distance, and they have Awamori. If you drink a lot of alcohol, please take care of your liver. There is a functional kitchen, so those who can cook can fully enjoy themselves. You can also buy Shikoku tofu, bitter gourd, and pork at the Aeon or Imakijin supermarket in Motobu and make champuru, and arrange the food on the chabutai to immerse yourself in the Awamori culture. The room is also equipped with nice books, and I recommend staying for a while to read them. We will visit again next year.

Haruku Cabin 15

Wonderful place for those looking for peace and quiet. There are only 1-2 hotels around that you can't see or notice. Nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes by car, which has everything the Japanese heart desires. The view is great, the bathroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. We particularly liked that there was a kitchen that deserved the name, and that the apartment was nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable.

Electricity and WiFi from space. A single house. Off-grid cottages in Yanbaru National Park

NellyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This Airbnb is one of the best we've ever been to. The location is incredible, surrounded by wonderful nature. You fall asleep to the sound of the animals and wake up to them. Although it almost only rained, everything was perfect as we were very comfortable. The decor is very select and aesthetic, architecturally this accommodation is worth the trip alone. Nearby is a beautiful hiking trail. In the book café next door you can enjoy great coffee and cake. The owner is very friendly and generous. Initially, we were given coffee as a gift. A true off-grid gem! Thanks! Julian & Nelly

Peaceful Yanbaru Hideaway with Hinoki Bath

The place is magical if you are truly wanting the Japan experience. The smell of cedar and the tatami is something you cannot get anywhere else in the world. Also, the wooden bath was amazing. The place is remote...... But remote = peace. You will not be walking to "town". Need a car to get to all the hot spots. However, Motobu is a place where there is much to do.
