Villa M Ryukyu Traditional House Yumata is a traditional old house located in a quiet village away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet in a convenient location close to the center of Miyakojima, a 9-minute drive from the airport. Modernly renovated all facilities while retaining the charm of traditional architecture such as the Ryukyu red tile roofs and beams.There is also a water softener and plenty of amenities, so you can stay with peace of mind and comfort while staying in an old private house. There is also a 5-meter-long private pool, and you can relax by the pool with a view of the blue sky and the Gajumaru trees. It is only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and there is also a large park nearby, so walking and jogging is also good. Immerse yourself in the island life while indulging in a luxurious retreat with a sense of privacy. * You can also stay with up to one small indoor dog. After a pet, it is specially cleaned, including deodorant with an ozone deodorizer, so even guests who don't bring pets say they don't care about the smell or dirt at all.

A small, barrier-free guest house that was born in January 2020. There is a ramp to the entrance.There are no steps in the room. There is no bathtub. We provide plenty of towels, amenities, and room wear (summer only) so that you can come with less luggage. We offer home-roasted coffee in a drip bag every day (roasted on the same day). The entire building has a water purification system "Ryo Water Workshop" and a water softener, and all the water in the room is purified and softened. There is no kitchen, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.A supermarket is a 3 minute drive away, and there are also places to eat and drink within walking distance. Drinks and snacks are available from the vending machines on the premises. On-site coin-operated laundry (for a fee) has a washer dryer and a large dryer. There is no TV.You can work or watch videos with high-speed WiFi. Even if the internet is disconnected due to a power outage, there is a backup Starlink. Lie in a hammock on the rooftop and enjoy the starry sky. Free parking Electric bicycle rental 2000 yen a day (long-term discount * 10000 yen a week) The owner is Japanese.It happens.

A quiet place surrounded by Okinawan scenery, just a 5-minute drive from Miyako Airport. There are few private homes, and the area is dotted with villas, including both neighbors. At night, you can enjoy the starry sky and moonlight, and be healed by the surrounding lush scenery. This is a condominium type accommodation that is rented out as an entire house.
