Tara is a very thoughtful host, who really cares about her guests as it shows with all of the amenities she provides and the thoughtful Thank You card. Her home is very beautifully and tastefully decorated. She was great with communicating with us! She is such a delight! The home has a lot of great space to relax and unwind. The home is also convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants! We all slept very well and the beds were super comfy! We look forward to coming back and certainly recommend her to other guests!

the cottage was beautiful and I had one small issue and it was resolved very quickly. I stayed there because my daughter lives there in Gloucester and we celebrated my 75th birthday. All in all it was a wonderful week!!!!!

This was the most comfortable stay. All of the girls were more than comfortable. Very accommodating and spotless. This was my sister in law’s first pick when looking where to stay for our getaway. Michelle is a wonderful host, always willing to help however needed and very responsive!

Cute and cozy, this house has unique and unusual features because of its age that make it an interesting place to stay. Loved the frog song from the wetlands in the neighborhood and the proximity to various waterways and scenic views.

Pretty much everything that you want in an Air B&B. Well-stocked kitchen, cozy hang out spaces, tons of funky art on the walls. And if you're staying in Williamsburg to go to Busch Gardens and Water Country, the house is super close to those spots. We would definitely stay here again!

E’s place was great for our long weekend getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet and is great to walk around. I have a dog so the place was great for her. Overall, a great place.

This was the perfect spot for our family trip to Yorktown. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops on near Yorktown Beach. There was a band at the at beach on Friday and a Farmers Market Saturday morning. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable too, definitely can’t beat the view of the water and bridge. Watching the swing bridge open for large boats was cool to watch. We are already talking about coming back for another trip!

We had an excellent stay at the Fish House- right on the water with beautiful views and peaceful morning cups of coffee on the deck. Michelle was very responsive and provided great recommendations on everything from restaurants to kayaking spots. While the marina is a working business we did not find that it negatively impacted our stay and in fact it enhanced it since the employees there were very kind and courteous. We can't say enough about Michelle's hospitality- she has a true gift! We wanted to have direct access to abundant kayaking and this was for sure the spot to be. While we paddled the creek/inlet area we also found the Oyster Point paddling trail (just a few minutes down the road) to be a great excursion. We will be planning to return!

we had a very good stay! The place was very close to a few museums and within a 15 min drive to great restaurants and other attractions. The two bedrooms were perfect for a family traveling with children and the extra small child amenities were excellent!5/There were a few issues during the stay (WiFi went out and a small sink problem in the bathroom) but the host got them fixed immediately! I'd definitely book this property again!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Anne's place was just spectacular! Perfect for 2 couples as our home-base to explore Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. The high end furnishings are beautiful. The patio, yard and lake view were wonderful. We enjoyed the theater room each night. Thank you for a great vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at Raisa’s apartment! The place is very close to the water and since it is pet friendly I brought my dog. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of historic homes to walk around and look at. It’s also very close to the highway so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much!

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

The place was perfect for our family, close enough to Busch Gardens that we could come back mid day to give the little one a nap. It was way above average clean and organized and was just as described. There is definitely some road noise (fully explained in the listing) but our kids had no issue with a sound machine. Would stay again, thank you hosts!

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

The villa was the perfect place for our family to stay for graduation weekend at William and Mary. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Setting was lovely and great for walks in our down time. The only issue we had was the villa was not ready at the designated check in time and we had to wait an hour before we could get in.

Christian was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. The property was prefect for our stay. There was plenty of room to gather together while also allowing privacy.

Kingsmill is a naturally beautiful planned community where you could have lots of adventure and sport out of your back door with options for dining and exploration or you could just enjoy the beautiful views of the James River and the sounds of nature around you. Highly recommend for either!

Wonderful host! Cozy, relaxing setup. We are moving to Texas and needed a place to stay for a week after the movers came to our home. This Airbnb was so nice, I would live in it full time! Very kind and sweet host as well!

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.
