Vacation rentals with an EV charger in York River

Highly recommend Lugina as a Powhatan host. Her listing was as described (and she asked them to assign a top floor unit for us at my request, meaning the twin beds were a queen instead, so 3 beds instead of 4 but that was fine for us) and she was always responsive. These units are consistently clean and fairly quiet - this one backed to a pond which was nice, and it was an end unit. We had noisy neighbors across the street but that is just the roll of the dice, and we weren't there very much anyway. We used the pools and hot tub and they were great. No complaints!

Jon's apartment was fantastic! The place we were supposed to stay at cancelled the day of and Jon was very responsive and helpful with our last-minute booking. We were in town for the Shamrock Marathon and the apartment was very close to all the events. Will stay here again next time we're in Virginia Beach!

My adult son said this was the best airbnb pick I'd made over the years! We rested AND had fun switching between pickleball, basketball, putting and kayaking. Kitchen was the perfect size and had all the basics for cooking a full meal. Beds were comfortable, roomy and every room had great views of the water and property. We loved everything about our stay

This was a great place to take the family for a weekend vacation, they had everything you needed to stay occupied and very close to off site restaurants and shopping strips.

First time visiting Williamsburg and this was the ideal location to stay at. Very private with enough space to hang out with everyone you taveled with or just hang out on your own. Very clean and well furnished. We lacked nothing on this trip and we will definitely be staying here again!

The suite was as pictured and bigger than expected. Actually two adjoining suites, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. I didn’t need all the extra space but if you’ve got more people it’s a great deal! Check-in at the resort was very easy and staff there were responsive to questions.

Great house to stay. Very clean. Golf cart is a must. Don't have to walk anywhere. We will stay here again or maybe his other house on the island. 😁

The house and location was beautiful and breathtaking. Definitely a very private location, but if you need some good R&R & some good fishing I would definitely recommend this house.

We came to the area for my son's wedding at a nearby venue. We had a mix of adults & young kids. Plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the bunk room. Lots of kid's activities inside & outside of the house. The view from the back of the house is very peaceful. Ruby is a good communicator, responsive to questions. Everything was as she described. Our family enjoyed the stay, thanks!

What an amazing place! The photos did not do it justice. We had beautiful weather and the back patio/deck was the perfect hangout. We went kayaking, caught a lot of crabs, and enjoyed being by the water. We had the firepit going while one of us was grilling food and the vibes were perfect. The detached game room saw plenty of heated pool games with a great selection of music and sound system. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. Dawn provided very detailed instructions so that you know all that you need to do. All-in-all, great spot that is a perfect group getaway!

My husband and I came to Brigette’s place to spend time with both sets of our aging parents and our toddler. It was absolutely perfect for us! The house was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a crib, tiny table, and toys so that even my two-year old felt right at home. The walk to the beach was a small distance but was well-worth having a nearly private beach. I couldn’t imagine such a gorgeous location being as empty as the photos showed, but it’s accurate! Very happy - would definitely recommend :)

We truly enjoyed our trip to Hope Haven Cottage. From the initial booking, everything went smoothly. Mildred & Spencer were wonderful, and assisted us in every aspect of our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and more… since Muddy Toes was closed at the time, Mildred & Spencer made sure we were stocked with all the breakfast things we would need. Coffee, half and half, muffins, eggs, all kinds of extra goodies and a welcome basket full of snacks! We loved the bikes for riding around on the island and down to the beach. The golf cart was made available as well, and we enjoyed using it for bringing some extra gear to the beach. They had it all… a beach umbrella, folding chairs, beach towels, paperback books. It was a beautiful stay. The bed was very comfortable and the whole house was charming. The kitchen was fully equipped. We didn’t lack anything at all. Mildred & Spencer communicated well, were flexible & helpful. I wholly recommend this beautiful haven on Tangier.

This was our second time staying at Gina's place and our time there was amazing as always. This home has everything you could possibly need and the views are absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back next year.

The villa was the perfect place for our family to stay for graduation weekend at William and Mary. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Setting was lovely and great for walks in our down time. The only issue we had was the villa was not ready at the designated check in time and we had to wait an hour before we could get in.

10 minutes from everything to do. Great restaurants in the area. Quiet peaceful place. Hot tub and pool amenities were excellent.

Had a great stay here. Close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Yorktown. Lots of restaurants nearby and the kids loved the pool.

We’d totally stay here again! Spacious, clean, nice location. It’s a 3 level condo with the entrance, kitchen, and master bedroom being on the ground floor - which made bringing everything in very easy. We found it to be relatively baby proof. We had our toddler with us so we brought a baby gate to block off the stairs, and from there the whole first level was perfect for him to roam around. The back patio is fenced in, which was great for us too. The pool is awesome. There’s an 18+ side and a family friend side. The little poolside restaurant was closed while we were there, but you’re allow to bring your own snacks and alcohol (as long as there was no glass.) The front desk staff was super helpful and easy to work with. And we found lots of great restaurants within a 15 min drive.

Great place. Felt at home. Very quiet and peaceful after a long day at the park. Would come back again.

This condo was everything it said and more! LOTS AND LOTS of space for our family. Lots of privacy and security. Loved the gated entry to the resort. We also really loved the amenities, especially the outdoor, resort style pools and mini golf. And REALLY thankful for a washer and dryer! My one downside (that doesn’t really affect my review, just more of an FYI for future guests) is that there was only one hot pad and one dish towel in the kitchen. Made it kind of hard to take something out of the oven. So, bring your own so you’re prepared.

We never book anywhere else! This is our go to in Williamsburg VA. Beautiful location, lots around to go, great area. The resort has all the listed amenities. We don’t even look to book anywhere else.
