Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Yonne

We spent one night at Laetitia’s place on our way to Italy with our dog. The cottage was really perfect for our needs, comfortable and homely with a fantastic, spacious, courtyard equipped with lounging furniture and BBQ. Laetitia was very welcoming and communicative, she left us some lovely treats and we felt right at home straight away. We had originally planned to go out for dinner but the place was so nice that we decided to make the most of it instead. A couple of steaks from the local butcher on the BBQ a nice bottle of Bourgogne red and we were happy! Must also mention that there is a fantastic dog walk less than a minute away all along the canal! We will certainly be back!

We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights in this accommodation in Époisses. Good location, it allows you to discover the Burgundian countryside, quiet and green. Beautiful monuments to discover in the area, however, plan travel times between 30 and 45 minutes. Supermarket and bakery nearby. The accommodation is nice, well-decorated, and well-equipped, nothing is missing. You can park in the yard, which is a plus. We highly recommend this accommodation, for a simple stopover as well as for a longer stay as was the case for us. Thank you so much for hosting us and your kindness.

Fabienne's house is a haven of peace for young and old, thanks to the many activities and games that are available there. In addition to everything that is available to visitors, you can feel at home with thoughtful decor. Fabienne is a responsive host, very friendly and she has many activities to recommend in the area! You can't get enough of the silence that surrounds the house or the views of the surrounding fields and forest. Thanks again Fabienne!

We particularly enjoyed our stay in Gerard's dovecote. We were hosted very well and the accommodation perfectly matched our expectations! The little touches made us happy: a good bottle of apple juice was waiting for us and we had the cherry tree available for beautiful picking! So we had a lovely weekend of climbing.

This was our second time in the cottage: we had a wonderful time again! Beautiful cottage, very private, clean and tidy. Julie and Jeremy are super sweet and hospitable, their energy is enormously valuable. What a wonderful stay again. If you are looking for peace, space, and nature: this is the place to be. We had a great stay. The fenced garden was really nice, very loving and perfect for the dog and the baby. Incredibly clean place, nice hosts who took care of a small problem on site and helped us. Good communication. You have to remember that it is really very quiet and you can do relatively little in the area. But that's exactly what we wanted and expected.

The accommodation was impeccable and it's rare to have so many things available in an Airbnb (products in the bathroom and kitchen...) Priscilla is always available as needed. Overall we had a nice stay.

The accommodation is very cute and well-equipped and located in a very peaceful place. Self check-in, you can hang out in the pressure before you arrive;) Pascal was kind enough to greet me when I arrived and when I left :) To be repeated without hesitation!

Very nice apartment and very clean! Very quiet location and close to everything. Friendly and responsive host whatever the request. Several coffee and tea capsules on arrival, which is usually rare in other places. I recommend it!

We stayed at Julie and Jerome's place which was impeccable with all the features mentioned. The jacuzzi and terrace were particularly nice, especially in good weather. I loved the huge flat screen in front of the bed, perfect for a Netflix night. The area was nice and quiet, with plenty of things to do nearby. Julie is a responsive and very kind host, I recommend their accommodation!!

The apartment is very clean and nice, and we enjoyed its outdoor space to have a few meals. The apartment is well located for visiting Auxerre and the surrounding area. Recommended.
