It's a great deal and central to the heart of Troyes. The apartment is very large and accommodating. I'd stay again.

Had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Julie is extremely responsive and attentive, making the experience perfect. The studio is ideally located a few minutes' walk from the train station and the city center. Would highly recommend!

Perfect a large group! We were 9 boulderers, who were mainly there for bouldering in the Fontainebleau forest for a week. We felt very comfortable and spent our evenings and rainy days in front of the fireplace playing games. The house is quietly located and has a nice garden. The communication with our host was excellent. If something came up, she was always able to help us. Although the trips to the forest area were relatively land (~30 min), the living comfort was important for our mixed group, so we accepted the route. We thank you for the hospitality and remember Caroline's house for our future excursions!

We would like to warmly thank Mathilde and Guillaume for their superb cottage, warm welcome and valuable tips for exploring the region. The gite is in excellent condition, extremely well-equipped and incredibly spacious. We even plan to come back with a group of friends, as it can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people. We also enjoyed the garden, the terrace and the large covered area where we were able to practice our sport. In addition, the different spaces allow you to work remotely in comfort. We highly recommend this cottage, located in one of the most beautiful villages of Auxois and not far from Lac de Pont!

Great family weekend at 17 for our grandmother's 90th birthday! Spacious, well-equipped house for a large family with children. We were able to enjoy the beautiful garden. The whole family loved staying there.

We had a lovely time in the house which is large and very beautifully decorated. The garden is very large with lovely views. The place is relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped and the children's area upstairs is excellent with lots of toys. We were warmly welcomed by Sylvie.

Don is a wonderful host. He gave us many great tips on what to do in Troyes and was very helpful if we needed anything. The house and pool were more beautiful than in the pictures! Located a lovely lake about 30 minutes away by car. Thank you so much for a great stay and thank you for very good tea upon arrival😃
