Frédéric was very welcoming, the place was new and very clean. We had a great weekend and the kids loved the large garden and heated pool. The game room offers a multitude of activities: foosball, board games, TV area... We'll be happy to go back!

We booked this place with friends for a long weekend and we just loved this house! It is perfectly equipped, with a huge garden and above all a magnificent swimming pool. This house is perfect for 8 people with the possibility of each having a large bedroom and several toilets and bathrooms to share. And communication with Florence was extremely fluid and simple. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay in a beautiful house, perfectly equipped and very well located. Host was very available and responsive throughout the stay. The kids loved the pool, garden and outdoor spaces. The setting is quiet, relaxing, ideal for recharging your batteries as a family. We highly recommend this place and will be back with pleasure!

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! A big thank you!

Great weekend in a truly exotic and peaceful setting! The accommodation is very pleasant to stay in, well decorated and above all very functional with quality amenities: the BBQ and dishwasher were particularly appreciated by our group of 8. The view from the garden is beautiful, a real plus for relaxing. A few points to note: there was a little dust in some corners of the house and the oven was not very clean. The common areas were correct. Regarding the pool, even though the weather probably wouldn't have allowed us to use it, it would have been helpful to specify in the listing that it wasn't available at this time of year. Finally, the configuration of the toilet integrated into the bathroom made access a little complicated for a group of 8. Despite these few remarks, we had a great time and really enjoyed this place where you feel cut off from the world without missing anything.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We could sit together at the table inside and outside, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and were able to create a movie night thanks to the screen and projector. Betrand was very helpful

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

Excellent accommodation, ideally located 5 minutes from the highway. Very convenient parking.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it was outstanding! The host and her husband were lovely people, very kind and pleasant. The village had friendly residents who were happy to talk of the history in the area. The views were perfect.

The accommodation is very well located, far from any hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful. Birds singing, "crickets", horses neighing nearby will be the only "noises" you will hear. A real joy. The accommodation is well-equipped, just a shame for the coffee system, I would have preferred a more traditional one (Senseo, filter coffee machine or other). Regarding Eric and Sophie, they met my expectations and answered my questions. Good communication.

Our stay could not have been better. Jenny is lovely, and helpful in every way. She went above and beyond, however, when she picked up some much needed dog food for us in Dijon. The house is beautifully decorated, well outfitted, and so charming. The area is quiet, in a wonderful way, but within driving distance of many wonderful sights, and close enough to Beaune, Dijon, and the Burgundy wine route to make them very doable day trips. Nearby Epoisses has a not to be missed Fromagerie and great bakery. Jenny even arranged a Resistance tour for us, with a local guide, Tim. It was excellent.

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a friendly and caring host. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well-equipped. The provision of a boat, canoe, pedal boat, foosball, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for hosting us and recommend this place without hesitation.

An easily accessible place while being wonderfully peaceful. Various quiet outdoor spaces, the cottage opens onto a terrace, itself overlooking a very large garden-orchard, in short an exceptional environment. In addition, Philippe and Jennifer are discreet hosts while being very responsive and friendly. A perfect place to relax.

We had a great time at Marguerite and Jessy's. The cottage is part of a secure private residence by a lake. It is a peaceful place surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting for a weekend. Our children loved going on an adventure alone on the pedal boat rented with the chalet (and we were reassured by the life jackets😅). Tennis, basketball, Molki, petanque. It's impossible to get bored. And above all, what a pleasure to have an aperitif on the waterfront terrace. It's hard to believe we're so close to Paris! Very good equipment and bedding. And responsive and friendly hosts. We recommend and will be back!

This place is simply perfect, everything is there, we have never seen such a high standard for an Airbnb. The location is just beautiful and quiet, if you are looking for rest you can go there without question. Dominique is very welcoming and available, great host. Thank you for everything, we will not hesitate to return if we pass around the area.

Very warm welcome by Maria and Valerie. Lovely, beautiful house with spacious private garden. Enjoyed the accommodation and also a fantastic base for visiting for example Troyes, Champagne and Chablis. The village itself is within walking distance and has two good bakers and a nice complete market on Wednesdays. The supermarket is also around the corner. Thank you and see you soon.
