Superb accommodation, everything is new, beautiful, clean. The kitchen is well equipped, some very practical consumables so you don't need to go out at night. Breakfast ingredients for self-catering in the morning. Excellent WiFi Friendly host, thanks for the late check-in! Only point to consider: it's the countryside, no delivery possible, so you have to go out to Sens in the evening for restaurants. The good trade-off: it's very quiet, perfect for spending a very good night!

Don is a wonderful host. He gave us many great tips on what to do in Troyes and was very helpful if we needed anything. The house and pool were more beautiful than in the pictures! Located a lovely lake about 30 minutes away by car. Thank you so much for a great stay and thank you for very good tea upon arrival😃

We had a very nice stay in Avallon. The cottage is clean and always cool even when it's hot this summer. Gabrielle welcomed us, she is discreet but always responsive and attentive to our feedback and questions. The delivery of bread and pastries in the morning was really a very nice discovery. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, read, chat... We had a good holiday there even though we weren't able to visit everything we wanted (a lot to see in this area).

We are always looking for places that have the special, the extraordinary. Hotels and rooms that resemble each other like an egg the other is like sand by the sea. Josette makes you feel like you're staying in a small museum. The location is great, you can reach Sens train station in about 15 minutes, from which you can take the SNCF directly to Paris on non-stop. Nearby (30-60 mins by car) there are many historical attractions. If you're a guest of Josette, don't miss the great dinner. Trditional French cuisine in perfection, we enjoyed the multi-course dinner, it was just a pity that we couldn't eat at Madame's place on 2 days as we had taken longer trips. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Bernard and his wife are very nice and welcomed us. Big up for the delicious homemade breakfast.

Very pleasant and spacious accommodation, with all the necessary amenities. Perfect with a 10-month-old baby. We enjoyed the garden with its children's games and hammock to relax. An ideal break during our bike tour along the Burgundy Canal. We'd love to come back!

The place is very nice, it also has a calm atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. The best part of the stay was interacting with Marie - she was incredibly accomodating and pleasant. She also made breakfast and coffee for us, which was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here!

a little gem nestled in the heart of Chablis. We only stayed one night but happy to have discovered the place and to have met Ireland, I am sure we will return with friends or family for a longer stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and Ireland was warm, welcoming and considerate with us. I would recommend it without hesitation!
