The house, porch, terrace, and garden are great! We had a great time with our two dogs, who didn't stop running around the garden. The only thing we didn't like is the proximity of the freeway and the noise from the driveway cars, but could be used in two or three days:)

The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious outdoor area and quiet neighborhood! The location is ideal – quiet and secluded, but at the same time not far from the main attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly, and all our questions were answered quickly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

First: about the host Konstantinos - this is the best host I’ve ever met! Konstantinos was always available, answering any of my questions, extremely communicative. He had thought of everything that even we had not thought of. Second: about the house - it’s even better than on the photos! The house is equipped with everything you need, there’s a great view and with a convenient location. The house is more than detailed well tailored to the needs of children guests. A great holiday atmosphere is created. Thank you, Konstantinos!

Great place! The perfect location for a short stay, close to everything we needed and he let us check in much earlier. The only downside was the air in the building outside of the apartment was very difficult for me to breathe with my asthma.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Everything was great, and the price was very good for us as a group ! Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at Xenophon’s place, everything was great and as described, super clean and he and his wife were very friendly, they allowed us to check in at a more flexible time. The location is perfect. Definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again :)

The apartment and the location were nice. Host was helpful and kind. Place was more less clean, even though the little pillows were a bit smelly. The lock on the door was hard to unlock and the neighborhood is noisy. Building and the apartment are full of humidity. However, we had all we needed and the main street might get noisy, that's the risk of the city centre. We are satisfied with our choise as it was one of the cheapest in the town.

Maria was very friendly we spend a few days at this amazing apartment you have everything you need! Everything was in excellent condition. In case you need any help she was always reachable and responded immediately. And the view was obviously amazing !!! Sunrise and Sun downer was stunning !

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

Though small, the apartment was very clean and had what we needed; it would have been nice to have an electric teapot to heat water, vs. heating it on the stove. Everything was very clean; the bed was comfortable. The windows open and they had SCREENS! WiFi was fast and stable - beach boardwalk was nearby (I think that it is a bit farther than stated in the ad, but still easily walkable)

Stergios’ apartment is located at a very convenient location, Walking distance to most of the attractions, restaurants and shops. The unit is very well renovated, great and thoughtful designs with top notch kitchen equipment. He provided essential stuff such as coffee buttons, dishwasher pods, napkins etc generously for our short two day stay, so we don’t have to worry about getting them. Highly recommend Stergios place.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.
