Vacation rentals in Nea Fokea Beach

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

The house and the location are great. House is spacious and comfortable! Of course the terrace is amazing, you can sit and watch the sea. The sunrise in the morning is amazing! Everything was great! Thanks!

The best villa we have been into! Amazing location right in front of the beach and great crystal clear water also! Huge garden area gave us the chance to enjoy even more but our kids were the ones who truly had the greatest time there. The villa itself is more than fully equipped and the 4 bathrooms helped so much:) Paschalis, our host, literally treated us like his own family and we couldn't thank him enough. Nice location and cosy location, very close to the beach. The host was very nice and responsive with everything we needed. I recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The view was absolutely amazing—even better than the photos. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to nearby attractions, which made it super convenient. The private beach just 10 seconds away was such a highlight, with tanning beds reserved just for us and a cozy sitting area near the water for relaxing. We loved having our own table and chairs outside to enjoy meals with that stunning view. The place was very clean and just as described. The host and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, coming by on the third day to change our towels and sheets, which was a nice touch. Parking was great, and the welcome snacks made us feel right at home. There were a few minor inconveniences: the pan and shower handles were broken, we found a baby scorpion and small centipede in the bathroom, and after a rainy night, we didn’t have warm water for a short time. But these were minor compared to how wonderful everything else was. Recommend!

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

Fully equipped apartment with a beautiful sea-view. Walking distance both to the beach and the heart of the town. The owner is very responsive, instructions clear, parking place on the spot (it is difficult to find any parking place in the town, so having your own in the same building is very helpful).

Great place to stay! The beach is one 1 minute walking. The house is lovely, it has everything that you need. There are a lot of restaurants and coffees near by. Alexandros and his mother are lovely people! Thank you a lot! :)
