Linh has been a fantastic host! So informative and so helpful. When I discovered that the property had no heating (I have health issues so the cold greatly affects me) Linh worked with me to find an alternative property of hers that suited my needs. Plenty of information provided pre check in, and Linh was available to contact basically any time. The apartment was so cute, slightly thin walls but nothing too bad. The balcony is very close to the neighbours so that is something to be aware of if you plan to work during the day as they will sometimes be out there talking etc. however the neighbours are all very friendly. There is a yummy coffee shop right downstairs from the apartment which made things very easy. A big bed and furnished with things to cook etc. I am at another property of Linhs currently and very happy, a great host with some cared for properties 😊

We had a lovely week staying at Annam’s apartment. It is a good location in West Lake area where a lot of the expats live. The apartment itself was bright and clean. The kitchen was okay for cooking small things like eggs for breakfast but could do with more western spoons and a spatula for cooking. The host also organised the cleaner to come during our stay. WiFi was good enough for working and watching Netflix. No real negatives, but I will mention there is not much of a view out the window (but it is Hanoi, after all) Host was also very helpful when we had to extend our stay another night at last minute, getting us booked into another of their rooms in the same building.

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!
