Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay, even assisting us with small requests like providing tape for a broken suitcase. It made us feel very well taken care of. Many people who travel around the would, do so for a few reason. To experience other cultures, to experience local food, and to make connections with locals. The world thrives on human connections. Trung is such a pure, kind human being. Always smiling, he made my stay. Even asking if I was feeling ok and he can do anything for me when I woke up late. He wanted to make sure my health and safety were ok. It’s humans like this I want to continue to support. Thank you Trung for being such a friendly host! Besides an amazing person, he place was absolutely perfect! Tuck away in the back of a Main Street and quiet. It was perfect size for a solo travelers or couple. Plus the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Asia in a long time. Spending a little more on great bedding goes a long way. Trust me, I own an Airbnb in the states. Highly recommended! We have no doubt we will be back to see Trung again!

The place as per describe. The location is the best, as its very near to hoan kiem lake and many other attractive places. The outer looks may looks old, as common neighbourhood house in Hanoi, and when go in you might find little odd due it went through aisle, which is very common in Hanoi, as the house mostly located inside the aisle however w private entrance only for that neighbourhood. Once u reach the house and enter, its totally like an apartment/nice hotel, with unique arrangement of 1st fl living room, and upstairs 2 different bedroom with tv projector (youtube/etc). The bathroom is very clean and toileteries provided. The best is the services, the flexibility and kindness of the host, which makes our stay even more pleasureable. Well recommended for one who want to experience living near neighbourhood w nice and cozy place to stay.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Mai's place was absolutely gorgeous hideaway in Old Town Hanoi. The instructions she left were easy to follow and the place was perfect for our group of seven. There is plenty to walk to from the location and we were able to explore a lot in the time we had there. Mai even listed a lot of great recommendations for us to try food in the area and she was very responsive. The place was exactly as advertised and it was so comfortable and well laid out. Each floor has their own bathroom and the AC was great in the heat. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi. if you are looking for a great place with a great location, and is quiet at night then I highly recommend this place.

The modern famous place to stay this time was absolutely amazing and completely exceeded my expectations!There are four floors of famous accommodation, the space is spacious and private, especially suitable for family or friends gathering, the two large beds are very comfortable, the bed is clean and soft, and the bed is very pleasant to sleep. The bathroom is completely adequate, there is plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are well equipped. - The kitchen is fully equipped, it is super convenient to cook your own meals, with a full range of pots, refrigerators, stoves. The most surprising thing was the washing machine!It was just a lifesaver for a long trip. The decoration style of the famous inn is modern, with good lighting, and each floor is very stylish.The surrounding area is quiet, transportation is convenient, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and your daily needs can be met. The host was super nice, communication was timely, the check-in instructions were clear, and the details were fully scored! All in all, it was a very pleasant stay this time, highly recommended to friends who need to travel, and will choose this place again next time!🌟

Quynh is a wonderful and extremely proactive host. The place was nice for a small family and had all the amenities. It’s in the heart of Old Quarter and everything is within walking distance.

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! The hosts were responsive and friendly. They also gave us local recommendations, which we really appreciated. This is a cute, authentic stay in the heart of Hanoi. My friends and I joked that it felt like we were having a fun slumber party with how the beds spanned the entire room. We also appreciated the drinking water left for us. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend.

We had a great one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was clean, had strong A/C, and was just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake with plenty to see and do nearby, restaurants, cafes, night markets, and historic spots. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even greeted us in person at check-in, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for a short or long vacation in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. What a fantastic place to stay! Chau was the perfect host and was prepared to do whatever necessary to make our stay a breeze. We loved the location, close enough to everything but far enough away to get some quiet time. Apartment also has a washing machine which was great. Thanks again for a wonderful experience x
