Bob was a great host. His door is always open and is very friendly. He mostly keeps to himself but never hesitates to help out right away when needed.

It was extremely quiet, the view was amazing, the city was amazing. I also went to Sedona, it was only a 35 minute drive which was perfect! The stay here was amazing! The home is beautiful and was equipped with all the amenities you need. Additionally, the garage was great for keeping the car cool and away from the sun. The location is only 20 min away from Sedona which was amazing. Additionally, Brindy was super responsive and helpful during the stay!

My family had a great stay. Prescott has lots of things to do for family. The place was very private and has everything we needed. Angelica was very proactive and put clear instructions for everything around the house. We will come back again.

All the little extras made this property totally stand out. It seemed she thought of everything in advance and truly offers a home away from home. We were perfectly at ease there, which doesn’t come naturally for us outside of our own personal space. I would not hesitate to book this place again when I go back to visit my family!

I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb's and Jamie's was by far the best. I was deciding between this home and a couple of the higher end hotels in town, and I am so happy with my choice. The pictures look amazing and don't even do the property justice. Jamie's home is even more beautiful in person. Anything you could want or need Jamie has thought of and has available. The appliances and finishes are all top of the line. While feeling very private and secluded, Jamies house is just minutes from Uptown and other great local shops. I've said all this and haven't even mentioned the views. If you have ever been to Sedona, you know that pictures just don't capture the grandeur and beauty of the surroundings, the same is true of the views from Jamie's house, pictures and words don't even begin to capture it. Lastly, Jamie's special touches for my anniversary made the trip even more special. She really is an amazing host with an amazing home.

This place will always be remebered by my wife and I. Despite us getting married that day and inly staying a night. It was everything that we could have wanted for our wedding night. The place was creatively done up and left me wanting to move in. Its right down the street from everything that your heart could desire. And definitely a place to consider if not outright book if you want a great experience. Sage, thank you for the beautiful home and amazing hospitality. The experience was beyond our expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay in Prescott! The views from balcony were amazing and we were super close to all sorts of fun activities downtown as well as outdoor activities too. We would definitely stay here again

Our stay at Coco's Place was everything we wanted and more! It was the perfect home base for travel in the Sedona area. The area was calm and provided us with relaxing ends to long hiking days. Coffee shops and restaurants are plentiful in the area (all basically at a walking distance) and are all exceptional. Mark and Jami are quick to respond, provide access to condo amenities and a (extremely useful) Red Rock Pass, and we really appreciated their detailed instructions and local recommendations. Amazing hosts and great place! We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

The place was clean and located close to the interstate and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet and private. If you are looking for an affordable,clean, out of the way place to stay this is it. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the PERFECT landing pad for our adventures - the community pool was fantastic. There are restaurants, grocery, playground, golf course all in walking distance. The condo itself is small, but includes everything you need to have a great stay. Short drives to great hiking, everything sedona has to offer, still not too far from flagstaff and was easily drivable from Phoenix where we flew into. There was plenty of linen, the kitchen was adequately equipped (minus the extra dull knives) the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. There is WIFI, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, check in and out was super simple , what else can I say? I’d stay again, in a heartbeat!

Stunning house! There's so much about this place that we loved such as the stunning views from the fantastic balcony, the houses history, the location of the house in proximity to shops and fantastic restaurants, the decorations in the house, the layout / design of the rooms, the cleanliness and more......I was even blown away by the amount of lights and dimming with them! Mrs. Garcia's house is fantastic. And with a host like Brandon whom is very welcoming, responsive and nice, this place is well worth the stay and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jakob’s condo! It was cozy, clean, and close by to all of the Sedona hikes and attractions we wanted to see. The pool was a huge bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place thats out of the hubbub of Sedona. Spacious and comfortable for the money. Excellent access to hiking.
