Located in a private, quiet country neighborhood with little traffic. This 530 Sq. Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos). Choose from a wide variety of hiking trails, including the crest trail of Mount Mitchell, the highest peak east of the Mississippi, or driving the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. Asheville known for its micro-breweries and eclectic downtown is an hour away.

The space is light, quiet, and cozy and we’ve used it as a retreat and healing space. Come enjoy some of the cleanest water and reset your vibe!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.
