Dimitris was such a great host, very responsive from the moment of booking to meeting us at check in even though our flight arrival was gone midnight. Dimitris was very friendly and informative and helped us book a local restaurant and gave us other recommendations! Tramonto Villa is stunning and very spacious with everything you could possibly need - a home away from home! The views from the villa garden are second to none; mountains, sea and sunset and a short walk up to the town of beautiful Zia. Kids loved the pool and also easy to keep an eye on them from the sunbeds and inside the sun room. Thank you for the perfect holiday!

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

Super nice and clean place. We felt right at home Communication and check-in and check-out were straightforward. The flat is centrally yet quiet. We 100% recommend the place.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

We were very kindly received , very helpful hostess. The villa is very nice and tidy. Very beautiful breathtaking views from the terrace . Rooms are spacious and clean . Beautiful large kitchen with all appliances. The Air Conditioning works just fine. This villa is highly recommended.

But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Taner Bey himself. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to making us feel welcome made all the difference. He arranged everything we needed, responded instantly to our messages, and made us feel like VIP guests from beginning to end. 🥳🥳

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

I stayed at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time with my family. Everything about the house is perfect. The view, location, etc. There are facilities to meet all your needs. Mr. Ilhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

They were very helpful during my stay. It was a clean and beautiful place. Especially the fact that the bagel bakery was very close, it was great to start the day with fresh bagels and tea every morning. I would like to thank them very much for their hospitality, friendliness, and quick resolution of my questions. It was a stay I was satisfied with.

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

Fabulous seaview Kos apartment located between the Old Town and the Marina - a great base if you are holidaying or coming off a sailing charter. The apartment is spacious and the living area generous and comfortable with great views of the Aegean. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views to the port and the Marina, as well across to Turkey (watching Bodrum light up like a chandelier over aperitivo is an experience). The kitchen is very well set up with crockery, cooking pots and utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster etc). There’s also a washing machine, iron & ironing board. There are fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance including the EDI Grill downstairs (they will do takeaway if you want to eat in the apartment), a Supermarket (also downstairs) and a beach club across the road. Vaggelis is also a great host - proactive, responsive, flexible and very helpful. We loved our stay here and hope to

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. First of all, the location of the house was right in the center of the old city, within walking distance to everywhere. This was one of the best features. The sheets, the bathroom, the towels, the whole house was spotless. We didn't have any problems with cleanliness. The hosts and staff were friendly. We had a great stay at this cosy BnB. It is located in a complex with other apartments, yet feels very private. Everything was as expected.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

What a lovely apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is quiet but you are close to the supermarket (3 minutes walk), restaurants (1 minute walk) and the beach (2 minutes walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue, if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!

The house was super clean, tidy and well organised. Comfortable and central area. Only disadvantage; hot water depends on solar energy and very weak WiFi. No signal in the bedroom. Anyway I would stay again
