We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. The house of Ilias is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. There were extra toys for our young children. The kitchen is well equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only downside, the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we should come back to Kos.

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

Great place to stay and really close to Kos town. Beaches are walkable distance away and so are the archaeological sites! The bed was amazingly comfy and lovely outdoor seating. Only thing we would improve is the WiFi didn’t stretch to the bedroom but we weren’t too bothered and I’m sure the host would have sorted it if we asked! It’s by a busy road too, so can get noisy if that bothers you - didn’t bother us much! We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay, thankyou :)

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

The house is close to the center but actually allows you to live the village life. You wake up with the sounds of roosters in the morning and you can watch the stars in the evening. Honestly, it was fun to spend time at home rather than visiting Kos. There are all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen, there is no cleanliness problem, there is a washing machine and dishwasher in the house. If you buy supplies, you don't need to eat outside. It's actually an old house and some items are old, but it's very pleasant. There are plenty of glasses, even if you will be staying. The terrace upstairs was also very pleasant. You should get close to the city to go to the grocery store etc, but I think this place is amazing than staying in the city. The price was too high for us, I just broke a rating from there: (

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly appreciated the stay.

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

The house was very clean and tidy. The garden was very pleasant. Mr. Cengiz was very helpful with everything. It gave very useful information about places to visit, eat and swim. Thanks to her, we had a very pleasant 10 days with two people and our dog.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

I didn't see the slightest stain dust, the house was presented really clean, you could definitely feel comfortable about it and it also had all the necessary kitchen utensils. Ms. Buket gave us a lot of places and responded very quickly whenever we wrote. I think 💕 it was a little difficult to get to the center because of the location. Since the taxis are expensive, we had to make a minibus, and since the arrival times of the minibuses are not clear, we waited for 10 minutes. I can say 45-50 minutes to the center, 10 minutes from the Yalikavak and Gümüşlük side. Despite everything, it was a very nice holiday, thank you very much Ms. Bouquet 😌😌

Asil is very hospitable and a good person, also the place is very comfortable and everything you need is there, the price/quality ratio is acceptable.

Waking up in bed was incredibly enjoyable thanks to this view. It was peaceful to consume your food and drink against this exquisite view on the balcony downstairs and on the outdoor patio. The house was very clean and had all the equipment you might need (toaster, filter coffee maker, barbecue, hair dryer, etc.). A destination where my family and I will also consider coming during the summer season.

This Airbnb was a gem! The view was truly breathtaking...we spent hours just admiring it. The apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable. What really stood out was the host's attention to detail... they had thought of absolutely everything a guest might need, making our stay so easy and enjoyable. It was also very sweet that the co-host took the time to meet us even though we arrived close to midnight... she was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 1 week at the villa Salmakis villa and it was a pleasant stay. The house is well built, well equipped with a large swimming pool. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is not too far from Turgutreis and Bodrum, very easy to access by car. The staff are always attentive and very responsive. If I had to do it again, I'd take the same villa.

No review can do Michelangelo City Luxury Lodge justice. FANTASTIC place to stay at great value. Near to port (I walked with my luggage) and a couple blocks from the heart of old town. The apartment itself is modern & chic both on the exterior and interior. It’s fitted with every amenity you can think of. Kallia is a very attentive host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed at home. She even helped arrange a rental car delivery for a day trip. I had a great time exploring Kos, but it was Michelango’s that hooked me on coming back.

Our stay at Ali’s place was remarkable. The place is squeaky clean, and Ali was attentive to any request.. We had trouble in one of the bathrooms however Ali made sure it gets fixed we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again, recommended it to anyone who wants to enjoy the Sun and Stunning views…

Fabulous seaview Kos apartment located between the Old Town and the Marina - a great base if you are holidaying or coming off a sailing charter. The apartment is spacious and the living area generous and comfortable with great views of the Aegean. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views to the port and the Marina, as well across to Turkey (watching Bodrum light up like a chandelier over aperitivo is an experience). The kitchen is very well set up with crockery, cooking pots and utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster etc). There’s also a washing machine, iron & ironing board. There are fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance including the EDI Grill downstairs (they will do takeaway if you want to eat in the apartment), a Supermarket (also downstairs) and a beach club across the road. We, 4 friends, stayed in this wonderful house in Bodrum and we were really pleased. The house is detached and offers a private space thanks to both its garden and balcony. The view was literally fascinating it was ideal for morning coffee and evening chats. Entering the house was very easy and smooth, which made us extra comfortable. The house was extremely clean and everything was considered. We felt right at home during our stay. Thank you very much to the host for this wonderful experience.
