They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

Just a 3-min drive or 15-min walk to the sea, our place offers a calm holiday near Blue Flag beaches and cafes. The house is in a quiet, secure complex with a garden opening to a semi-Olympic pool. The pool is shared but rarely busy. Cleanliness is our top priority — spotless with the same care you’d expect at your mother’s home. Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
