Vacation rentals with beach access in Yahşi Mahallesi

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in: very clean apartment, matches the description, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, there's everything! Air conditioning, storage, Netflix, WiFi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for breakfast in the morning, luxury! And then there's Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, very kind who hosted us super well: advice, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST OF THE BEST, you won't be able to find better. Thanks again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment and your hosting were a real asset for a successful vacation.

The apartment is new and is located in a quiet location. The accommodation contains all the amenities you could need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thanks again for a great stay.

First, I want to mention the location of the house. The house is quite close to the city center Kos Town. Since we reached the island by ferry, we liked the house very much in terms of location. We stayed in this house where you wake up with the sounds of waves every morning and see the sea as soon as you opened your eyes on the bed, and it was never enough. Everything was so beautiful. The furniture and electrical appliances in the house were old, but they were all functional. Evdokia, the owner of the house, is a very sweet person, and we were greeted by Evdokia's sister Maria the moment we entered the house. The refrigerator was full of icons. The necessary food and drinks were waiting for us to have our breakfast on the first day. On the 2nd day of our stay, Evdokia sent us a dessert of local flavors, and we loved it. ❤️ The most memorable thing was that she came with a gift package on the last day. The best part of this 1 week on the island of Kos was this impeccable stay Thank you for 💖🇬🇷 everything Evdokia.

We rented for 22 days. Had an amazing time. at this time of year (october/november) it was extremely peaceful. The apartment looks better in person than on the pictures. Host was responsive. We were 4 remote workers and needed high speed, The wifi is locked at around 10/15 mbps per device BUT but the host Seda provided a "superbox" and the speed was very good compared to what other hosts offer in bodrum area. we could get from 55 to 130 mbps (usually in the 70's). Overall great experience, we recommend it!

My stay went above my expectations. Murat was a very responsive and helpful host. The home had an exquisite Mediterranean seaview. Me and my fiancé spent a fabulous time in the resort. Will definitely come back, recommend

You can easily park your car in a very central location in the center of Bodrum, a sheltered and very cute house, the front back garden is very tidy and clean, the host, Mr. Murat, would recommend if you want to feel at home

We were very kindly received , very helpful hostess. The villa is very nice and tidy. Very beautiful breathtaking views from the terrace . Rooms are spacious and clean . Beautiful large kitchen with all appliances. The Air Conditioning works just fine. This villa is highly recommended.

The house is located next to the sea, 5 minutes to the beach . The hostess provided everything necessary for the guests. We felt at home. All issues were resolved quickly with the help of Söhret. We were very satisfied with our stay at Söhret. Thanks for everything.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

The place is very cozy and beautiful, very personal, tasteful and lovingly furnished, there is plenty of space and windows all around. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is great. Communication with Helen and Dimitri was very friendly and pleasant. We felt very comfortable, thank you!

We enjoyed Vedat’s home! We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing to sit out on their covered balcony. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We will be back thank you!!

Jenny's place was great in every way. The house had plenty of everything you needed. All rooms and bathroom were spotless. It was within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and the center in terms of location. She hosted us great and prepared special little surprises for us. We are so happy to have met her. It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Perfect location and very well equipped and well renovated house

I had an amazing stay in Kos, all thanks to my wonderful hosts. Super friendly, helpful, easy to reach and eager to help, both through messages and in person, thus making me feel very welcome and my stay as smooth as possible. The place was more than I expected. Clean, beautiful, very spacious, fully equipped and just as pictured; I felt right at home. In the kitchen, one will find bottled water, juice, snacks as well as spices and more, always close at hand. Check-in and check-out times were super flexible, which is also a big plus. Great stay overall! Pantelena's and husband's hospitality made my visit truly special, and I wish I could have stayed longer. It's a great place to stay so I recommend it hands down and would certainly visit again. Highly recommended!

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!

Very well maintained hotel. Everything is clean. Extremely friendly staff. About 10 min from Bodrum city center by car. We did not regret it. Very small con the apartment is a little bit dark. Which is probably a big plus if it summer but in march we needed the lights during the day. But this is beeing picky.
