Apartment vacation rentals in Yahşi Mahallesi

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

We really enjoyed staying at the Airbnb. The location was good, not too central and not too far outside either. The landlords were very nice and helpful. The Airbnb was very nice and spacious. We all enjoyed it.

The apartment is located close to the bus terminal, making it a great place to visit all the places. There are many restaurants and markets nearby that are open until late at night, so you will have no trouble finding something to eat or shop at. The room was very clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed catching up with our neighbors while drinking coffee on the terrace outside! The owner was very kind and friendly, and made sure we got to our room safely! If I visit Bodrum again I will definitely stay here!

Beautiful, cozy accommodation with a great terrace. Very quiet and local surroundings. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, we would come back :)

Stayed here for 1 week mid October 2024, the apartment was excellent, spotless clean and within walking distance of everything you need. Some reviews mentioned the mattress was very hard which it was, however we met the owners on day 1 of our stay (Father and Son) and they added a second mattress topper within 20 mins of mentioning this, really wonderful people who would do anything for you. The apartment is within walking distance to everything you need: 5 mins from harbour for all the restaurants, cafe and bars you will want for your stay. 5 mins in the opposite direction and you’ll find an excellent take away pizza place for when you wish to stay in and have a cozy night. You are directly across from loads of beach clubs spanning the beach, each one will welcome you in and offer great food all day and live music at nights (Fri/Sat). As soon as you close your front door, you won’t hear any music or noise either. Added bonus, apartment is next door to a 24 hr supermarket. 10/10👍

The apartment is like in the picture, everything you need is present. Good bed and nice shower. A super nice accommodation, recommended!

Platani, our holiday in Kos was very nice. Dear George is a great host. She was helpful in any situation and welcomed us with her smile. This house was great for us during our three-person vacation as parents and sons. It has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge area and a patio. Everything is clean and cozy. A home with everything you need during the holiday. Peaceful neighborhood. Their people are very friendly. The Mpitsaxis (Knife) Market right across from this house was also very good for the basic shopping required for the home. There were very clean beaches. It was good for swimming and sunbathing. We also went on a family fishing with Agios Georgios for two days early in the morning and they cooked the fish we caught at the Alexandros restaurant for us. Kos was beautiful with its Hippocratic fountain, historic mosques and beautiful churches, ancient agora, amazing ice cream shops, fish restaurants, and tavernas. We would recommend George's home to our friends and would definitely like to stay in this home again.

First, I want to mention the location of the house. The house is quite close to the city center Kos Town. Since we reached the island by ferry, we liked the house very much in terms of location. We stayed in this house where you wake up with the sounds of waves every morning and see the sea as soon as you opened your eyes on the bed, and it was never enough. Everything was so beautiful. The furniture and electrical appliances in the house were old, but they were all functional. Evdokia, the owner of the house, is a very sweet person, and we were greeted by Evdokia's sister Maria the moment we entered the house. The refrigerator was full of icons. The necessary food and drinks were waiting for us to have our breakfast on the first day. On the 2nd day of our stay, Evdokia sent us a dessert of local flavors, and we loved it. ❤️ The most memorable thing was that she came with a gift package on the last day. The best part of this 1 week on the island of Kos was this impeccable stay Thank you for 💖🇬🇷 everything Evdokia.

It couldn't be better! The very modern apartment is stylish and comfortably equipped. We lacked nothing! Everything was impeccably clean. The location is rural and very quiet and green, to the sea it is about 20 min by foot or 3 min by car. The airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car. A private vehicle is highly recommended, there is a parking space. Communication with the hosts was great. We got lots of useful tips. We can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy and discover Kos beyond the tourist strongholds.

We travelled with friends to the island of Kos and rented a PERGOLA apartment in Zia.. At the same time, we were impressed by the warm welcome by the hosts and how much they had tried to make us pleasantly. They showed us the apartment , explained about everything we were interested in. The apartment turned out to be very clean, cozy and had everything we needed to be a pleasant stay and to feel wonderful. The view that was revealing from it is very beautiful and the sunsets are amazing in the evening. For lovers of mountain walks, the place is very convenient for this activity.. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice holiday and feel wonderful on the island of Kos Thanks Pergola .

Spacious accommodation with luxurious pool and lots of pretty fruit trees on the edge of a nice village where you are among locals. Good tavernas, bakery and small supermarket nearby.

Great place to stay, right on the historic and lively old town of Kos. In a house with 2Airbnbs, right near the many restaurants and great shops. The accommodation had everything you need for your stay. Basics for the kitchen are also provided.

Lovely newly renovated apartment in central Kos ,all required utilities in the apartment, friendly owner and very responsive ,with very helpful neighbours(family members) shared outdoor area to dry clothes which was very positive. Overall excellent spot!!

We stayed at Arangia Apartments for a week and it was one of the best airbnbs I‘ve stayed in. It‘s located in a quite neighborhood in walking distance to the old town and the port of kos. The Apartment itself was wonderful, it had everything we needed and two beautiful balconies on which you could enjoy your breakfast. Everything was very clean and fresh. The neighbors were very nice and all in all you hab a feeling of safety in the airbnb. The host Petros was very welcoming and forthcoming and recommended a lot of places like bars, restaurants and beaches. He was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this Apartment and Petros as a host for anyone who wishes to visit kos. We had a great experience and would love to come again.

Jacqueline is truly a SuperHost! She took us shopping on our first day, organised a hire car company and even took us to do the paperwork. On top of all this she is a very kind person and it was real pleasure for us to stay in her lovely villa with an incredible sea view. We enjoyed every second of our time there and can highly recommend it.

An extremely nice room with very good views and free pool bar at a very reasonable price in the next season. clean was also everything ! And the staff were very accommodating - everything was great !

This Airbnb is a 10/10 and arguably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. First of all would like to thank Aggeliki for being the best host we could ever ask for. She waited until 3am in the morning due to a flight delay for us and bought us milk, bread and cheese for the morning. She went above and beyond our expectations including sourcing a baby cot! She really made us feel at home. She included beach towels, blankets and even toothbrushes as part of her many amenities at the place. The pool area and the view is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The price to stay here is worth it just for this view and pool. We never wanted to leave and often would spend the whole day here with hours just passing by. The room itself is wonderful - nice kitchen to make meals, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I’m usually quite critical but I couldn’t fault this place one bit. The other reviews are 100% accurate. We will be back!

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

We had a very nice stay in Stavros' home. Full of greek character and charm and plenty of useful kitchen items and toiletries included. Lovely 360 views across the city of Kos and beyond. Stavros was always on hand if needed and even kindly drove us to the bus stop to get our airport bus. Flat was located within short walking distance to harbour and bars and restaurants. A nice stay for two people - we enjoyed our time in Kos.
