Mr. Utku was a very interested host. He responded to all our questions instantly, thanks to him. Apart from that, the location of the house is fascinating, the view is great at night, the view is great, the large balcony was very enjoyable. The house we stayed in was exactly the same as the one in the ad. We had no problems communicating with the host Mr. Murat. We were happy that he was a person who communicated in a sincere and only necessary way. A home where you can easily come with your pet. The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is within walking distance to the Türkbükü beach. The house is located in a beautiful boutique site with a magnificent garden. Parking area and pool available. I would recommend it to everyone.

It was a nice stay, the view is amazing

We stayed for 3 adults, 1 child-4 people in August. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset in a quiet complex. As you can see from the photos, it is in a very high location, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials you need are available, but if you are constantly going to make home-cooked meals, there may be kitchen supplies you need to bring in addition. Also, you will definitely need a car to get to the grocery store or beaches no matter how close it is. There is no air conditioning in the house but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony door so you can let the breeze in by opening the whole place. Considering that you will be sitting on the balcony, it would still be good to take precautions for flies. The pool is gorgeous in one word! Immaculately clean and very calm. Away from the noise and crowds, it's perfect for those who want to relax. Ms. Sakine and her husband, Mr. Cihansever, were very caring and helpful from the first day until our departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly. Resmiye made us feel at home. There is a close by beach and local stores to buy your groceries from. Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

What a beautiful home. It’s in a complex with the local community which gives it a unique feel. Goksel met me outside the accommodation as it was late in the evening by the time I arrived from the airport. I already had instructions on how to enter the apartment but meeting me was so lovely. The apartment itself is pristine and furnished fabulously. The grounds are lovely and kept very well maintained. Restaurants, bars and the beach are all within an easy walking distance. I will definitely be booking here again as the hosts are so lovely and the area is a fantastic place to explore from.

the house and the view were very nice, but the path we got lost every night is incredibly difficult. I will stay for a holiday, I would stay perfectly, but walking around is a bit inconvenient car basement 30-35minute bitter heavenly dark basement every day. Everything was very good about the house and its amenities. But everything about the house and its amenities was very good. The utku brain family took care of us, especially a very naive elegant person, no matter how many hours, we called without checking. We did not have a scout.

Gunsel and her daughter were such thoughtful and attentive hosts. Everything about the stay was smooth and welcoming – from clear communication to the little touches that made the place feel warm and cared for. such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

We spent two weeks at the place. The flat was like in the photos. It was small but practical. The view was breathtaking, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and Ms. Tuğba's parents Nuri Amca and Meftune Teyze were so helpful, always smiling and kind. The neigborhood has its own beach where you can easily find a place to sunbathe and enjoy the sun and shade. The sea is good, especially in the mornings. There is a small cafe / restaurant close the beach. You can also order from the beach. Without a car it's possible to go around if you are fond of walking. If not you definitely need a car.

We spent a lovely couple of days in this apartment. It was comfortable for 5 of us. We particularly liked the warm welcome from our host, the wonderful vegetable garden, close proximity to the port and restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.
