Vacation rentals with a patio in Xilxes

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by points of interest, great restaurants, shops, and parks—and it looks even better than in the photos! Thank you so much Beatriz and Dani!

We would like to say a massive thanks to Alberto & Lorena as they have been wonderful hosts. The apartment is very clean with the most comfortable beds and duvets we have ever had. It is in a great location with many fantastic restaurants nearby for each taste. The beach is pristine and it is less than 5 minutes away. Any question was answered immediately by Alberto and recommendations given were great to their core. We felt like at home, and everyone will, if decides to have a great holiday at Alberto & Lorena’s place. Absolutely fantastic, thank you both once again!

Our stay in Artems appartment was fantastic! The appartment was clean, had airconditioning and had plenty of space. We were very happy with our host Artem, he is friendly and responds quickly! The location is nice, within walking distance of restaurants and the city center. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is spacious, well-equipped and offers all-round pleasant, shady seating – perfect for staying outside even at higher temperatures. The pool was a great addition for us and made the stay even more relaxing. We would like to highlight the responsiveness of the landlord: A small problem with the garage door was immediately responded to and quickly remedied – very exemplary! The surroundings are quiet, a supermarket is easily accessible by car. There are some dogs in the neighborhood, so there is always barking - but for us it was not a problem overall. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

We went with little time because we went to an event. Graham was available to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

The place was easy to find, clean and well stocked. It does have a plunge pool but we didn’t use it because the water was cold. The location is ok. About a 25 min walk to the old town center so a bit of a walk. Parking is tough. Street parking is almost unattainable. We had to park blocks and blocks away. So if you have a car be aware. Host was quick to respond.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

We loved our stay at this accommodation near Albufera. The area is very quiet and beautiful, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying nature. The house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing: full kitchen, comfortable beds and everything was very clean. In addition, Maria was an excellent host, very attentive and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Definitely a highly recommended experience. ¡We would come back without thinking!

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really beautiful. It's a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Patri is a wonderful, very friendly hostess with a great apartment in the immediate vicinity of Malvarosa Beach. Location: The apartment is about a three-minute walk from the great Malvarosa beach and its long promenade. It is super connected by metro, bus connection and the bike rental system "Valenbisi". There are very good restaurants and shopping in the area. Apartment: The apartment is equipped exactly as described in the listing, with all necessary utensils and some extras. It is really very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Hostess: Patri is a great hostess who picked us up at the metro. She is a heartfelt hostess and awaits in her apartment with many extras that go beyond the expected level of an AirBnB apartment. Patri is very quick to respond to requests.
