Beautiful apartment very close to the beach / restaurants. Still quiet. Everything very clean. Jorge was very helpful and recommended some restaurants. Easy check in and out. We will be happy to come back. Highly recommend.

The place is as in the photos. Great location, a small supermarket that is open for a long time, less than 3 minutes' walk. The beach is almost outside the front door, which is really great. For the price, the accommodation is completely fine, really little to complain about - the bed linen unfortunately did not really look fresh. The only thing is that the neighbor's fighting dog greets and says goodbye with aggressive barking, which can be a little intimidating for children.

The location is excellent and the penthouse is wonderful, just as it was in the photos and descriptions. We really liked it, we will definitely return if we come to Denia again.

Maria was a great host! Prior to our arrival she was very communicative with us making the arrival very easy. Upon arriving she met us to show us the accommodations and spent some extra time offering helpful suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants.

We spent a week in Gandía and it was a good idea to stay in the penthouse. I went with a baby and they offered us a crib and highchair to make us more comfortable. The apartment is very nice and we were very comfortable. It's in a central area and close to the station, so it was comfortable to get there. This summer we'll spend another week in Gandía and we'll definitely be back.

The best views from the house, access to the beach a few meters away, Javier super pending that we were fine, gave us flexibility of arrival and departure, he recommended great places. Quiet area to disconnect. Everything has been great . We'll be back whenever we can !

The best thing about Lola’s place is the garden, beautifully planted, sun in the morning and shady in the afternoon. Very close to the beach and a handy supermarket. Very quiet at this time of year, good base for touring the region. The train to València is useful and Gandía town is very attractive. Lola was an excellent host.

We have had the most amazing week, the apartment was fabulous, balcony was huge with somewhere to sit and also dine alfresco, overlooking the beach, couldn’t have asked for more

Jávea is great and John’s appartment is a gem. A lovely terras right at the sea, above a nice and cosy boulevard with great restaurants. Spacious inside and two perfect working airco’s and a big rainshower. Loved it! I really hope that we can stay here again next year! Nicolas and Charlotte

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

Delighted with the house! Very spacious and very good location, 10 minutes from Gandía. The house was very clean, it surprised us very positively and is ideal for groups. Elena is a delight, very attentive to making sure we were comfortable and super friendly! We will definitely be back.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly beautiful to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – this created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: on our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some stains on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it wasn't right in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we will be happy to come back!!
