Easy to find. Great location for what we were in town for. So close to Kings Island (we weren't there for that), so it would be a phenomenal location for any visits there.

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Thank you Ben for a wonderful place to stay! We come to Cincinnati multiple times a year to visit family, so it's nice to find this great house an an option to accommodate us visiting! We had a great family stay in this airbnb while visiting Kings Island within a 10 minute drive. Many accessible stores and restaurants nearby. Pool, HotTub, and Fire Pit were great for on-site activities. Downsides: outdoor lighting was not all in operation, lighting that did work did not provide much visibility as it got darker and at night. Hot Tub filter notification said it was overdue to be serviced/changed. Hot Water in the master shower would only heat to lukewarm temperature.

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

I’ve stayed in a couple of Airbnb‘s downtown. Paul’s place is by far, the best so far. Excellent location, very clean and full of any amenities you might need. Paul was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. I consider myself very familiar with the downtown area and he was right on with our recommendation request. Location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown. Whether it’s a sporting event, nightlife or great restaurants you won’t be disappointed. Definitely looking forward to my next downtown adventure at Paul’s place.

This quirky home leans into its midcentury modern roots and provided a unique, relaxing atmosphere for a nearby Wright State college tour at an extremely affordable price for our family. We loved gathering near the basement bar and listening to old records while catching up. The hosts were also very responsive and kind enough to let us wait indoors past check-out when we had car trouble. Great value!

We absolutely loved our stay at Molly’s place!! Very well priced, lots of fun games for the family that kept everyone busy when we were at the Airbnb, very clean and within a good distance from great attractions. We came to see the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Newport Aquarium over a short spring break trip with our five kids! Loved being able to easily get to all we wanted to see! 5/5 stars!! If we are back in the area, we will be staying again!

Fantastic and super convenient location for visiting the Air Force Museum - enjoyed our stay!

A great home base for our daughters’ horse show at WEC. So close to the facility and with all the nice touches of home so we could enjoy some family time together in the evenings. Our hosts checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months and being able to enjoy the big back yard and shade trees.
