Derek was great!! I decided last minute to extend my trip and he was great about helping me to do so! Any questions i had he got back to me quickly! House was great, and would definitely recommend and will be back!

Hard to trust Air B&B sometimes, especially after my most recent booking. But I'm glad I found this place. Exactly like the photos and the place was very clean. Host was very responsive, proactive, and helpful. Place was perfect and comfortable, highly recommend.

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful when we had a entry issue and during our pre-booking conversation. The kitchen was fully stocked as advertised and the bathroom was updated. It was a sweet place and very convenient with food within five minutes. We would happily book again with them.

Loved the bedrooms ,beds , and TV area. Beds are super comfortable. Really appreciated the half bath on the first floor as well as the bedrooms being on the second floor with the TV on the first floor. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but overall nice bathroom.

I had the pleasure of staying at Elmira’s Airbnb. It was perfect for my needs. The directions, pictures, and amenities were exactly as advertised without issue. The space was very clean and well maintained. The location was only a couple miles from Bogarts which made this spot perfect for my needs. After the concert, I was able to wind down at the Airbnb and relax (which was very easy to do in such a nice apartment). I very much enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this host to anyone who is considering an Airbnb in the Cincinnati area.

Fabrice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We evacuated Florida to get away from Hurricane Milton and Fabrice was easy to work with and very understanding when extending our stay several times until we were able to get back to Florida. We appreciate his hospitality and would definitely stay again here again.

We only stayed for 1 evening but I wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Very nice layout and beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. The neighborhood is walkable and there is a retaurant right on the same block. There is also off street parking for 1 large suv so you could park 2 smaller cars easily.

I love staying at the Fergus! There are 2 great restaurants within a 5-minute walk, fabulous coffee shops and great shopping within 10. The place is very well-kept and has terrific appliances and amenities. (I love the giant round ice cubes, in addition to the ice and water dispenser!) Anything I need for cooking is there, and the kitchen is spacious and lovely. The living room is comfy and very well-appointed. And this may seem like a small thing, but I love the hot water pressure in the shower! Scott was super responsive; for example, when I texted late at night that they were out of body wash in the shower, two bottles appeared on the doorstep first thing in the morning! It is, far and away, my favorite place to stay in the Cincinnati area. There's room for the whole family, and parking is easy and safe. I recommend it most highly!

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! My first time it was a little cold the first night and Varun responded immediately making the place warm. Anytime I had question he was always very polite and responsive. I appreciate his attention to details! My second trip around it was nice and warm! When I couldn’t figure out the tv, Varun responded immediately helping me figure out the issue. He was very patient and kind! I highly recommend staying here!

Matt and Keri are very responsive and helpful. The house is nicely appointed. The beds are indeed very comfortable and I slept better than at home! We had some crazy weather and we barely heard it! The cleaners are top notch! As a fellow Airbnb cleaner I appreciated the vacuum lines and the immaculate clean! Wonderful! I will admit I was concerned about the neighborhood when we drove in. You can tell it is an older neighborhood that needs some love. But by day 2 we were comfortable enough to walk to the coffee shop. The house is nicely renovated with a huge main bathroom upstairs. Thank you for having us!

We were in Dayton for the WGI competition and having a home where we could cook our own food was very valuable. John was a lovely host and gave us plenty of good information about the house and things to do locally in between our daughter's performances. We'll definitely choose this property again next year!

Ben was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. Pictures are pretty spot on. You don't get to see some of the imperfections that come with an older property. The one that got me the most: there isn't a flat spot anywhere. It's a constant up and down of uneven flooring, different flooring with uneven transitions, and that old carpet needs to go. But, that said, the cleaning by Monica is great. Besides some nose marks on a glass door left by a previous pooch, I don't think there was a dirty spot in the house. The linens and towels smelled clean, sparkling sinks and toilets, and even the outdoor furniture was spotless. Our biggest issue was the main bedroom's bed. The mattress was too firm and equaled the worst night of sleep we've had abroad. The on-site parking was so convenient. We were able to fully charge our EV overnight after a long trip. Good thing since we didn't feel comfortable walking the neighborhood at all...even during the day. We would visit again. With a car.....

Plenty of room for our family of four and walkable to all of our favorite Mount Lookout spots:: Zip’s Cafe, VV Italian Cafe, and Lookout Joe’s. One of the only properties I’ve seen that was actually better than the pictures! Responsive host and comfortable beds - a very positive experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in a great neighborhood (Huffman) in Dayton. It is clean, tastefully and simply decorated, and is welcoming. This is a beautifully renovated space with great lighting. The bed was great and the bathroom was super clean, and there were plenty of towels. Because this is a first floor apartment, you can hear footsteps above, but this is to be expected. The host gave great neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We walked through two historic neighborhoods to 2nd St. Market and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again!

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!

My mom and I stayed here while attending a competition at the WEC. This place was super cute and super clean! Trish was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if showing at the WEC again.

We enjoyed our stay here, which was our first time visiting Cinncinati. It's clear that the hosts put a lot of time and care into renovating an older place in a neighborhood that seems to be experiencing many improvements. Decorating was lovely, with a modern boho flair. The bed linens were made of natural materials and were very cozy. The bathroom was a bit small, but the water pressure was great. Check in and check out were both a breeze. We loved Mom n Em's coffee shop nearby and ate twice at Camp Washington Chili around the corner (Cinncinati chili/coney first timers). Overall, we had a great experience, and would definately stay here again.

My wife and I ended our 34 Year Anniversary Rd. trip at Edward‘s place. We were definitely not disappointed. Incredible condominium, on the fifth floor. We had a penthouse unit and everything was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone especially a couple wanting to just sit down and have coffee in the morning and enjoy an incredible view. Also, while laying in the bed, you can see downtown Cincinnati from your view in the master bedroom. An amazing location thank you so much, Edward. Claude and Rosa Bevier

This was our second stay at Emily’s place and it was absolutely perfect again! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay -including snacks in the kitchen! How thoughtful! Emily was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication easy. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown and expressways. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Cincinnati and can't wait to return!
