House vacation rentals in Greene County

Easy to find. Great location for what we were in town for. So close to Kings Island (we weren't there for that), so it would be a phenomenal location for any visits there.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay! I hosted my daughter's birthday party at this property and everything turned out perfect. The pool was clean and warm. The property is beautiful. The inside is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. House was clean and had plenty of towels and stocked items.. The owners are wonderful. They are very responsive . Every question is answered promptly and they are very helpful . We had an amazing time . Highly recommend this property. We will be booking again soon... Thanks for a great stay .

soon as i walked in i was happy on my decision infelt relaxed and i love that theres no tv in the living room. the floor plan was perfect. i love that we cohld utilize the dressers and closets no personal things in there. the kitchen was easy to cook in. love the in home gym. the jacoozi was alittle cold count get it hot. beds were clean and comphy. i wkll deffinatly be booking again

Our group of 5 adults, a teenager and 5 younger kids (between 2-7) had a great time at the house for a 'staycation' over Spring Break. The common areas and bedrooms were all large enough to accommodate our group and each family had a comfortable spot to settle in. The kitchen had all of the items we needed--in addition to the main refrigerator there was a large freezer and smaller drink fridge in the kitchen, plus an additional fridge in the pool area. All of the kids items listed were at the property and easy to use. The laundry was a definite bonus! Michael was great to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. He gave detailed instructions in advance for both check in/check out and pool details. The pool was great! The kids LOVED having the diving board and all of the floats/pool toys right there. The water was warm and the area around the pool was great for hanging out, especially with the deck and grill just outside the glass garage door!

I used it as a working hub while remodeling my bathroom at home. Brought my two dogs along with me and they settled quickly. The backyard is just amazing. If you are looking for a cozy and secluded place in a quiet neighborhood, in a busy area, Matt's place would be a smart choice. I wish I did not work and could just spend my evenings in the backyard oasis sipping wine or enjoying the firepit or hot tub or a swimming pool during season. Lots of choices for a get-away place.

We had a great stay at Kandi's place. Enjoyed game nights at the large round kitchen table. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was extra comfortable. And the location was excellent. Highly recommend!

We love The Old Schoolhouse. Second time staying for us and we will definitely come back again and again! Everything is perfect and the house is immaculate! The firepit area is of course a favorite! Thank you Nick and Kasey for sharing this wonderful place with us!

What an adorable house! I so enjoyed it's charm, yet, never lacked for modern comforts. This will be our go-to rental when visiting our son!

This felt like home. Owner had extras waiting for us in case we forgot something. My grandchildren had places to play safely. They even sent us warnings about storms in the area, and safer places to go inside the house if needed. This warmed my heart since my precious family was there. I loved our stay! Highly recommend!

Tamara was a great host. The home is beautiful and is kept very clean. Everything is available for cooking, but delivery is fast and convenient too. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if my travels take me to Dayton.

We enjoyed our stay at this creative getaway! We worked on a puzzle and enjoyed exploring her collection of books and art supplies. We were able to log into our usual apps on her TV, but very much enjoyed disconnecting and spending time outside on the peaceful back patio! It was nice to be near the downtown area, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with privacy and peace. An inspiring home that was very cozy and comfortable.

The house was amazing. A simple ranch nestled amongst a beautiful, peaceful backdrop. The inside was spacious, impeccably clean, fully stocked with up to date equipment. Every detail - linens, appliances, etc were first class. Highly recommend selecting this place. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Second time staying at Teresa’s place. It is perfect for us while visiting my active duty son. Her home is very clean and the location is awesome. We will definitely book again.

We were only there to basically sleep, but the accommodations were as listed. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great. We were able to walk downtown and to our destination. Although it was cold and rainy outside, it was very warm and cozy inside. We would definitely return .

The house was very clean and located in a nice neighborhood. We loved hanging out in the game room! Shelly made sure to message us before our stay to ensure we had the code and knew how to lock/unlock the door. She also provided the WiFi password and some basic house rules. Other than that, she gave us our privacy and let us know that she was available by text/call if we needed anything.

This was a very cute little house. The decoration inside was homey and comfortable. i liked that we could park in the garage for added security.

Such a fun place to stay! We used the sauna and the massage table and played games. I look forward to coming back when the weather is better to try out the patio and the hot tub. The area is very private and the house is super comfortable.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Alina's property in Beavercreek! We were greeted with lovely fresh flowers & yummy treats on our arrival which Alina graciously allowed earlier than standard check in time. The home itself was spacious & clean, with all the comforts of home including coffee/tea/creamer, grill & even a fire pit (full propane tank & plenty of wood provided)! There was darling front porch swing & a hot tub on the expansive back patio. Alina went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable, including robes & slippers to wear while getting in & out of the hot tub, relaxing toiletries to use with the jetted tub in the primary bathroom & cozy blankets on the comfy couches. The home is both pet and kid friendly, with a playset in the backyard, toys, games and even a karaoke machine. This home worked perfectly for our group and we will definitely stay here anytime we are in the Dayton area. This was by far my best experience with an Airbnb, all thanks to Alina our AMAZING host!
