Apartment vacation rentals in Greene County

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

Carmen was a wonderful host. Very close to highway 675. I needed a mixer to bake a birthday cake and she made sure I had one. Above and beyond. Very clean and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Great location for stay and a quiet neighbor, the Host always responds quickly and enthusiastically when needed. Everything was good and we will be back.

We rented this 4 bedroom/ 4. Bath unit to attend a family wedding in Springfield which was 20 minutes away. The location was close to area stores for last minute accessories and also close to many restaurants for gatherings and hotels to meet up with other family members. With the 4 bathrooms there were no conflicts to get ready for the multiple events that we needed to attend. This is nice clean unit with all the amenities of home. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Thank you Samantha and Liberty Lodging.

Letrice was very friendly, responded to questions quickly, and a GREAT Host. We will certainly keep this Airbnb in mind as a top notch place to stay; if we’re coming to town.

Working with Laura was a breeze! Easy to book, detailed clear instructions which made check-in and check-out process seamless. She was communicative at every stage of the process. Place has all the described amenities and has a lot to do in the area. Great stay for an overnight or for longer stay.

It was perfect, clean and comfy. Quiet and safe.

Samantha was very responsive, and the room was comfy and had all you need. I was placed in an all male living quarters (unsure if this was accidental), so if you’re a girl and would prefer not to be in this situation, mention your preference to be in a girls’ shared living quarters. You do get a lock on your bedroom door and I had a private restroom, so I ended up not minding and the others who were living there were pretty respectful. Wifi was a little slow, but manageable. You also get reserved parking and gym access which was nice! Area was safe, full kitchen, private room, overall great stay!

This was our third stay at Tamra's place and we once again found everything to be ready for a great stay. If you are bike riding in Xenia, this bnb is perfect! It is close to all five trails off the hub of Xenia Station. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The bike store is a few blocks away as well as a great Mexican restaurant, Los Mariachi's. We also had everything we needed to fix meals of our own at the bnb, including a grill. All in all, this is one of the best bnb's we've stayed at. We highly recommend it!

Jerry and Robin were great hosts! The place was charming, clean, and well lit. It was well stocked with the amenities and even had an assortment of snacks available. We had access to the laundry room, which was exceedingly helpful for our trip. Additionally, the backyard smelled like rain and petrichor in the best way. An idyllic getaway in the Dayton area.

This place was very convenient and comfortable to stay with our dogs. We could park close to our unit on the first level. Grassy areas and sidewalks nearby for dog walks. We’d definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very nice! you stay above the host's garage! you will have a beautiful patio to look out over the backyard. The bed and the couch are in the same room. But it worked out just fine. the couch was very comfortable. the fridge was very nice! can I get over how well located the apartment is. you were right in the thick of the best part of the city and have very easy access to all the trails. The hosts are extremely nice and own a local brewery that is a must go to in Xenia!

Small home, but perfect for 2 people. Clean and it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants. I wish there were a few more additional items- there were only a few on paper towels left on the roll and no extra rolls, the hand soap was nearly empty in the bathroom, and the dish soap was extremely watered down. Furniture wasn't very comfortable, but fine since we were out most of the days anyway.

The Studio was a wonderful place for us to rest up with our dog after a long day driving. The surrounding farmlands were remarkably pretty, it was a real treat to enjoy the outside area. Dog was happy as could be to have the fenced in space to run off-leash. Indoors was just as described, nicely furnished, very clean, and generously stocked with snacks and supplies. Also had the pleasure to chat with Chuck a bit while outside with our dog in the morning. Great hosts and a perfect rental! If another roadtrip brings us through the area, we will absolutely plan to stay here again. Thank you!

This space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kiddos! Very clean, safe, comfortable, and accommodating apartment. Paul was an excellent host and offered some great local recommendations. Easy drive to Yellow Springs. We would definitely stay here again as memories were made here in this cozy find! ☺️

We really like it there, it feels like home. Janine is very responsive and friendly. The place and the furniture are so clean. If I go back to Dayton I will stay there again.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

Great place to stay. The game room aspect was a cool addition to wind down after work. Beds were comfortable and I felt right at home.
