We loved being a little outside the city. Very peaceful place with a quick drive to the action. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, loved the patio. Would stay again!

Great location. Close to restaurants and the park for walking. Had its own assigned parking which was a plus. We had an issue at check in and Brian was quick to provide a solution. He was responsive to all communication. Great place to stay while in KC for a short stay for education. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great place if you are looking for something relatively basic, but with all the comfort and cleanliness standards of a good hotel room. Everything was as depicted in the pictures, super clean and in good condition. For us, as a family of 4 in KC for vacation, it was perfect - so much more comfort than a hotel room, due to the benefits of the two bathrooms and the kitchen, but no frills we didn't need, either. Right by a major commercial street, so, very easy access to grocery stores, familiar chains to pick up familiar foods, as well as more interesting stops such as independent Mexican bakeries and Italian joints. Very easy access to the freeway to zip into the city. We found everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away, and in the meantime, this made a very practical and comfortable home base.
