Vacation rentals with breakfast in Wyandotte County

Ryan and Mel's tiny house is in a peaceful, quiet part of KC and the house is well-appointed, comfortable and very cute. My wife and I, and our dog, loved our time in KC to visit museums and family and the tiny house was a perfect refuge.

Chris was an amazing host and did more than accommodate us in our stay! The home was absolutely beautiful the pictures did not do it justice! I would absolutely stay there again if we have to go back! Such a cozy clean place to stay!

Casey is a great host and is both friendly and very responsive to messages! And she has all those little extra things that make a comfortable stay - extra blankets, shampoo, coffee, and the kitchen has all the seasonings and kitchen supplies if you decide to stay in and cook a meal. We had a pleasant stay, thank you!

Leon & Linda's place was lovely for an overnight stay near the Plaza! We were able to easily get to the places we wanted to go, and the accommodations were very clean. It was admittedly a little awkward for 5 people - although there were enough beds for 4 of us and 2 to share a bed, I can see it being most comfortable for ~3 people. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we loved the little touches like granola bars, Keurig machine, and the trivia games. Thanks for hosting us for our friend's do-over bachelorette outing!

The place was very clean & well kept. The bed was comfortable - a family member stayed in the other bed with no complaints. The kitchen was stocked with most of everything you needed to cook at home - all appliances worked well and he even had cast iron cookware, which was great! I do wish the second bedroom had a folding door instead of a curtain and maybe some darkening shades for the mornings we wanted to sleep in. The location was close to everything we wanted to do - most things were within a 10-20 minute drive, & we even took a long walk downtown. The neighborhood felt safe, neighbors were nice when we happened to pass by each other in our comings and goings. It was really nice to have a driveway to park in! Adam was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I even had a couple of suggestions (nothing that would keep me from staying here again) and he was very open to feedback. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Kansas City!

Beth's home is centrally located in the KC metro and is very cozy. She was a great host and went over and above facilitating my late check in. I will be back and would definitely recommend!

Worth booking just for the pastries! But snacks aside, this place was perfect for our stay. Cozy, so charming and felt like home. Alex and family have thought of everything. Comfy beds, books and the perfect bunk beds for the kids and a the bathroom of a 5 star hotel. Perfect for our family of 4 and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

This was a wonderful stay in a great locale. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do, and there were plenty of walkable options for lunch while I was working during the day. We had a lovely time!

The house has an incredible view and is an upcoming part of Kansas City. We enjoyed the area and the house. There is one staircase to the downstairs that was VERY steep. It had a caution sign though. The kitchen was small but well appointed and had everything we needed. Heating and AC worked great. Parking in the back in the alley was good too. But get this place for the view.
