Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

The location is wonderful. You can see the Nelson Atkins museum grounds from the East-facing windows. Loved the TV in the bedroom too.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

We had a wonderful time at this spot. The unit was very nicely designed and cozy. We were able to enjoy the outdoor spaces as well. You could tell care was put into safety and sound-proofing - even though we were close to a bustling area the unit still felt calm and quiet when inside. Overall a great location as well - could walk to multiple neighborhoods (with restaurants, bars, shopping) and fun KC attractions.

Kristen was very responsive & helpful. The loft was clean and exactly where we needed to be for the wedding we were in town for. The stairs up were a bit challenging for some of the older guests with us.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

Lance’s place is just as described. Great location. Comfortable beds. It was nice having two full bathrooms and plenty of seating in the living room for us to all be together.

The location is in an upscale part of town, with several restaurants within walking distance. The house has private parking and is very comfy. We might be back.

Always love staying at Lance's units. Even if they had tenticles they still wouldn't suck. Everything about this unit was lovey from the base to the tip. Can't wait to explore more of his spaces.

Perfect place to stay in KC. Steps away from Ave. 39, home to iconic Prospero’s bookstore and lots of restaurants and coffee shops (Miami Ice for ice cream and shaved ice!) Lance’s place was spotless, lovely and very comfortable. Very quiet and most KC attractions a short drive away. We had no problems but Lance checked in several times and left copious local recommendations. Hope to stay here again!
