We had a wonderful stay at The Shippon. The house looks amazing on the advert but is even better in real life. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you might need. Jane has also added some thoughtful touches with the games and books, as well as some generous extras like toiletries, hand wash, tea, coffee etc. Everything is extremely clean and well presented. The garden is amazing and it was so lovely just listening to the birds in the morning, it's so peaceful! We found the location great. It was a very easy drive from Cornwall and quite central for exploring the surrounding areas, Chester was only 40 minutes away. There are shops, supermarkets and some great restaurants/ takeaways nearby too. We loved it here and are hoping to come back again soon!

Really lovely, homely feeling cottage with everything you need. Very comfy beds. Beautiful surroundings. Will definitely book again if heading for the area.

We needed a place for a couple of nights within easy reach of the centre of Stoke, to visit the potteries. Craig's place suited us perfectly. We found it exactly as described, easy to get to, easy to get in, and really comfortable with a nice view over the marina. All good ! Many thanks Craig.

Lovely quiet, well equipped and comfortable place, situated in a delightful setting on the edge of a beautiful village with countryside views across the fields. There is a great local pub with good food. Janet could not have been more helpful. I really enjoyed a relaxing break in Betley.
