What a hidden gem The Nest is and what fabulous hosts Wendy and Steve are. Our Easter weekend break was fantastic. Communication and directions were excellent and The Nest was exactly as described. The Nest has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. A super comfy bed, a good shower and toasty warm. The towels and bedding smelt beautiful. Using the small area on the landing for fridge, microwave and kettle is an excellent use of space. We were lucky to have good weather and the outdoor seating area for The Nest was a perfect pretty place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and the garden. We were even lucky enough to have Wendy's gorgeous cat come and say hello in the garden! The Nest is in a good location for visiting places in the area and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay! Lovely surroundings and beautiful views. Defo the perfect place to stay if you love walking and the outdoors. Both Ross and Helen were very friendly and Hugo was always saying hello to us. Would 100% come back

Immaculate little pod with everything you could need from a self catering place, down to tiny details in the bathroom like shampoo, conditioner and body wash, face cloths, a lovely smelling air freshener etc. The oven had a microwave built in so there was versatility when cooking and the terrace out the front is idyllic to sit and listen to the birds! The traffic noise amounts to one bus every 15 minutes and very little else. A real retreat! Jo met us on arrival and couldn’t have been more helpful. What a wonderful place to stay and I am only sad that it only lasted 2 nights. True, there aren’t many shops locally but if you want a quick pizza or a takeaway, the next village is about 1.5 miles away and good for any extras you might forget. Great little place on a working farm with lovely walks around and the old Abbey adjoining. Just fab!

Spent a glorious weekend in this lovely little cottage. Everything about the place has been so well thought through. It was beautifully clean and tidy, contained everything a couple needed, was warm and comfortable with a great view over Jo and Paul’s little small-holding with mature trees and the hills of Wales in the distance. EV charging was great for us too!
