The dining table and chairs are at the window to make the most of the views across the garden and ponds. There is an arch to the large well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs the bedroom with king-size bed leads to the ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Downstairs can be interconnected to Nymet Mews to provide extended family accommodation. There is a patio set and BBQ available.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
