A modern three bedroom holiday home with stunning sea views over Woolacombe Bay, Croyde & Hartland in the distance. With high ceilings and ample natural light the ground floor is bright and spacious. The sea views from the open plan living room offer unrivalled views perfect for evening drinks or alfresco dining from your patio garden furniture. The modern kitchen and island makes for ideal family cooking to be enjoyed around the large wooden table in front of the sliding glass windows.

Centrally located for easy access to Woolacombe and all the facilities, with the added benefit of being tucked away in a quiet street. We also have the 3 bedroom cottage next door which may be available for you to book if you are a larger party. We have parking permits for both properties for the South Street area.

Set in 6 acres of private land and positioned on the headland, there are two properties, Heatherdown House and Heatherdown Chalet, which can be let separately or together. The House has 6 large double bedrooms, pool table, cinema room, two wood burners, and a huge deck with BBQ and wood fired pizza oven.
