Lovely cottage very bright and clean, plenty of secure parking. Perfect location for our trip to see Richard 111 sites, Triumph Factory tour and Coventry tourist sites.

Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!

I enjoyed my recent and second stay at The Garden Cottage. I can highly recommend this property as it is very clean and tidy and has all you would need for a short stay. It is also close enough to Hinckley town centre to explore and also close to the countryside too. The hosts are also very responsive too.

We stayed here for a night while travelling home. Interesting barn conversion and very comfortable, set in quiet countryside . The kitchen-dining room goes up to the full height of the building, with what must be the original kitchen fireplace, while the bedrooms are over the lounge and hall at the other end. Plentiful breakfast material and fresh home-made bread was a bonus. Simon showed us round and told us a bit about the place: we also met his two friendly cats. We'd happily stay again.
