Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

You will enjoy your time in this memorable home! It is small but very well laid out! 20 min to Vienna!There is a short-term parking zone throughout Vienna, so I recommend parking garages! A quiet place with small farm shops, unfortunately no shop on site, 5 km to Harmannsdorf baker, Gasthaus Steinacker Two bicycles are also available if needed. A shuttle service from Korneuburg is possible on weekends, few buses run! (€10 per trip with the host, please arrange in advance)
