everything was great! However, we already paid directly at the time of booking without being able to confirm it and a free cancellation was no longer possible. You could have announced this beforehand. The furniture is a little old and shower gel was also not there. The kitchen is well equipped for this. the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet and we felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The villagers were also very warm.

Really happy with our stay. Communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, magical and clean. It had some interesting and vintage furniture and collector’s items, which made it very special. It had everything to cook, also clean towels, etc. The location was really great too - close enough to the center but located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a really good bakery nearby. Thank you very much to the host! 😊

We spent the long Easter weekend in Daniel's accommodation. Since we were traveling with a large group, the house was perfect. Our two dogs also felt right at home. From here, we made nice excursions to Landsberg am Lech, Forggensee and a little further. Daniel was a wonderful host. Super accessible, responded quickly to questions and was incredibly accommodating and understanding. We sincerely thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a great stay at this house . The accommodation is very clean , a harbor of peace in the middle of the mountain. The person who welcomed us was very kind and she responded to any questions we had. We recommend this place to enjoy a holiday in Tyrol . The village of Fügen is very beautiful and has all the necessary shops.

A really nice house with two terraces. One of them is beautiful and allowed us to have breakfast in the sun. The rooms are spacious. The place has great potential, with a few repairs it could be a dream place.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in the perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, a good equipment that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week was running smoothly. Thank you for that! :)

We stayed with 8 adults and 3 children in the house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped so far. A little more choice of pots/pans and bowls would have been nice but we were able to eat very well. The garden and terrace were spacious and provided plenty of room for us. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the photos that in the meantime some houses were still built in the immediate vicinity and thus the property is not as spacious as expected in the photos. But all in all, we were very much at peace and can only recommend it.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

Our stay over the Easter holidays in the house was great. We were 8 adults and 3 children who had a lot of space to play and romp. The adjacent forest also offers good opportunity for walks. There was everything we needed and also the equipment of the kitchen was great. I would be happy to come back.

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

This home is absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful decor, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. Everything was perfectly prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended — I would come back in a heartbeat!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.
