75 sqm apartment on 2 levels and carport in a quiet residential area but close to A95, which can be heard a little. Top floor: Closed bedroom with box spring bed, plus second cozy upholstered bed for one to two more people with curtains as privacy protection. Daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor: entrance, living room and balcony. Accessible via an external staircase with 16 steps. Not suitable for children. Conveniently located: 30 minutes to Munich or Garmisch.

Fragt uns gerne nach den zahlreichen Ausflugszielen an die Isar (ca. 10 Gehminuten), Starnberger See (ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto) oder Wandermöglichkeiten (in und um Wolfratshausen). The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It is fully furnished and equipped. Whether for business (home office) or tourism, the location is suitable. The property has 2 sofa beds. It is only a 5-minute walk from public transport and 5 minutes from the main train station. There are supermarkets, restaurants, hospital ... nearby. Spend a relaxing evening on the beautiful balcony at the end of your day.

2-room apartment near to lake (200m) and train station in a relaxing location. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance as well as numerous restaurants. The apartment consists of a living/dining area with new kitchenette, sofa bed and access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a bright bedroom with a double bed (160cm). Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, radio. Own underground or oustside parking space.

Peace, nature and retreat – our charming farmhouse in a secluded location offers you just that. With its own forest, ponds and meadow, it is ideal for couples or families with older children who want to unwind. Enjoy the fireplace, the silence and the view of the countryside. Munich & mountains are only 35 min. away, shopping in Wolfratshausen. We ask for your understanding: no small children or pets.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house.
