The 100 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large kitchen-living room, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard grounds, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" is quickly accessible.
