Daniell's place was amazing. We need it last min, and I was so happy it was able to accommodate our family size. Beds were comfy, house was clean. We will definitely book again.

A home away from home!! With 4 children it's harder to find cozy spaces when we are away from home - this was perfect! Everyone had their own space, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay. Beautifully organized exactly like photos. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location, just 3-5 minutes drive from most amenities including grocery stores, restaurants, mall, even casino. There is a tv in bedroom as well. One thing to note is sometimes you can hear some footsteps from upstairs but nothing serious for me. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you LaPaix Stays.

Dominique called at 11:00am to check in. We discussed our planned arrival time, which was late at night (between 9-10pm). Dominique then said that she would leave all the lights on for us, so we didn’t have to arrive in the dark. The house was very easy to find, especially during the day because of the paintings on it! The bed options worked fantastic for our group (3 moms and a total of 6 kids ages 10-15)! We really enjoyed the ability to come back to the home and rest between the schedules. The kids absolutely loved the home space and feel. The crokinole board and the Boggle were well used. It was our first Air B’n’B experience for the whole group and it was exceptionally positive. Thank you!

Great place-comfy, private, and beautifully set up. The walk-out basement is a lovely bonus. Even with the owner upstairs, it was super quiet. Had everything we needed, easy parking, and in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

everything was great. the only thing that could mayne be improved on is, the coffee pot was not full size. could only make 2 1/2 cups at a time, but everything you could need was supplied and clean. great for big families. I fully recommend this place and will likely stay here again

This is a great house with lots of space . Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms and with a big family it worked perfectly. Minimal furniture but beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and pillows . My only criticism which would make the house 5 stars all around is better blinds. The window coverings don’t block the sun so if you want to sleep in, that could be tough. I’d advise to get curtains. Amazing in the day to have all the natural light but not ideal in the early am. We loved the house , the neighborhood and it was very clean too! Thank you!

The rental was all on one level, once we got inside (4 stairs to get in the front door). Great place! Nice furnishings, not cluttered, fully stocked, clean, good parking spot, responsive hosts. We'd gladly stay here again!

Ikenna was an amazing host. very responsive and prompt. more than willing to answer questions and was immensely helpful with our stay. The home was clean and felt like your own little abode. it was clean and free of clutter and the area was super quiet and peaceful. would highly recommend.

Sivan's place was perfect for our family! The house was spotless and the location was safe and quiet. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked and kids had a blast in the basement with the toys. The ideal location for a visit to Winnipeg!

Lisa was extremely kind and made sure to check in and let me know she was always there and willing to help anytime we needed. House was beautiful and neighbourhood was amazing.

Great place to stay, host was very responsive,the house was exactly as shown on the pictures, very spacious and felt right at home, definitely will be staying there again.

Karl is an excellent host. Our stay was memorable and fun. This was one of the best places to stay, very quiet. Only problem that really stands out to me is the parking. We have a truck and although it was a little harder to park, it was still do-able.

Perfect for a group of 6. A nice 20 minute walk to the park and cafe within the park was great. Would recommend to others.

Clean, modern and quiet. A great kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. Would stay again if back in the area.
