Great place to stay while in town, with a name like executive stay, you know it’s worth it

I had a comfortable stay. The area is convenient, every bus you need is in front of this listing. It's a busy area, so be aware you will be hearing sirens during the day and night but thats typical of busy areas. The building has great security measures, and is very clean. The apartment is very modern! it comes with it's own washer + dryer as well.

It was very private and peaceful, barely saw anybody so it’s an introverts paradise. Overall very cozy place to stay, a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Convenient.

It is what they said it was and we had a great stay. Some nice coffee shops in walking distance.

Tynesa is very easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. This was our second time staying there, and we will be back!

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!

Curtis's place worked great for my husband and I as a comfortable, cozy home base. It’s located centrally within Winnipeg; we were within a short walking distance to Osborne Village, with has lots of restaurants, stores, groceries, etc. available, but also not far from downtown, the Forks, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus too. Curtis himself was communicative and gave clear, easy instructions for entry. Great value space.

I appreciated a phone call from the Host a day before to go over a few things. Egilio was super easy to talk to and friendly. He also texted me with check in instructions and was very clear. Condo looks exactly like photos. I LOVED having the huge window in living area. Enjoyed having my coffee watching the snow fall. Decor was very nice and Modern(I recognized some IKEA items) 😊 The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything needed to cook. Beds were very comfortable too! Great stay!

The apartment was perfect for my week-long stay. it was centrally located and within walking distance to the museum, the Forks, and the convention center. It was clean, and E.Qs instructions were spot on! Unfortunately, I was on a business trip and the wifi was finicky, but my hotspot connectivity was good. I would recommend this space to anyone coming to Winnipeg and looking for a cozy, clean stay. ** The washer and dryer combo was a bonus!

Staying at CJ’s place made us feel right at home. The house was clean when we got there and had lovely artsy touches like a gallery wall and some of their own personal art. The apartment had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working on a research project at the University of Manitoba. The location was perfect. It was right next to the Fort Rouge transit station, which will get you to U of M or downtown in 20 minutes or so. The apartment was really cosy and has everything you need for a longer stay (fridge, cooker, etc.). Really loved it here.

I had a wonderful stay and certainly would be back! Many GREAT restaurants close by (walking distance) including Yujiro (Japanese) and Stella’s (brunch). Also close enough to a superstore and easy delivery of anything you need.
