The highlight of our 73 sqm non-smoking apartment is the wellness bath with sauna, whirlpool and massage shower. You will enjoy the idyllic location at the foot of Moritzberg. Nevertheless, you can reach in about 7 minutes to the Nuremberg-East highway junction or in about 20 minutes to Nuremberg city center. A fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 55-inch UHD smart TV and two separate bedrooms are also part of the apartment on the first floor. Two parking spaces and Internet are included.

Winkelhaid liegt 3 km östlich von Nürnbergs Stadtgrenze und 6 km westlich vom historischen Altdorf b. Nürnberg. Messequartier: Die Nürnberg Messe ist 20 entspannte Autominuten entfernt und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Here you will stay in a cozy, bright and lovingly furnished apartment spread over 80 square meters in a quiet location but still central due to the short distance of 4 km to the highway and 2 km to the S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg. In Winkelhaid there are two supermarkets, one of them with a baker and butcher, so nothing stands in the way of self-catering.

Our spacious house in a green and quiet suburb of Nuremberg is thanks to its convenient location very well suited for business trips as well as great holidays with sightseeing and excursions to the Franconian region.

Cozy apartment (1 room) on the upper floor of our annex for a break in the countryside. Very conveniently located. Nuremberg can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

Your time off: short trip to the countryside, weekend house

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

The modern apartment in beautiful Burgthann has a combined living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with TV and desk as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. A washing machine and dryer are also included. The approx. 15 sqm terrace adjoins the private entrance to the apartment, which invites you to relax or barbecue. The S-Bahn [suburban train] can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.

The apartment, which was modernized in 2021, can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hair dryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed with wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with internet and satellite connection, a corner desk and a dining table. Shopping and public transportation are within walking distance.
