We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

Brad was a fantastic host! The home was spotless and cozy, and he made check-in super easy. We really appreciated the local tips and quick responses. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Adam's place! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly accommodating for our family. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be booking here again.

Cinthia and Erika’s house was a perfect base camp for mine and my husbands side of the family for our wedding weekend. Direct family on both sides were all able to spend the night in one place and use it as a base camp for all of the planning and last minute projects. We were also able to have some of our wedding party over to play some games in the game room so they felt like they were able to spend some real time with us during our wedding weekend. They had everything we needed for our wedding weekend and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We weren’t looking for anything fancy or over the top, and Maisie’s Garden offered us a pet friendly location on a quiet street just out of town. It is a cozy place in a quiet working-class neighborhood. We would suggest it to anyone!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

Jim was very helpful an accommodating when I had a medical situation that required cancelling my first reservation and rescheduling it to later. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and its close proximity to parks and running paths.

We’ve stayed at Bobbie’s place three times now. It is our “go to” for the Fort Collins area. It’s quiet, peaceful, and has everything we need!

Taylor and his place were outstanding. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect--well within a nice walk to Old Town--and very quiet at night. When my husband, my three daughters and I entered the house, we immediately felt at home; I didn't want to leave! The kitchen is set up perfectly for easy use, the bathroom was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, yet cozy. The hot tub was perfect; the chilly Colorado air and the nighttime quietude were the perfect way to end the day. Honestly, I cannot imagine there being a better host than Taylor. Taylor was genuine, funny, and prompt in all of his communication. When I had a question about anything, I felt comfortable emailing him and he always responded within the hour. He was so great, I almost asked him to meet us for a beer! All in all, Taylor is everything you could want from a host and his house exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this incredible spot and exceptional host.

What a charming house! It’s filled with beautiful furniture, dishes and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the details of the host, including a jigsaw puzzle and loads of books.

This was a great place to stay. It was well furnished except more dish towels would be nice. Otherwise we have no complaints.

My son got married in Fort Collins and we rented the house for family to stay. It was very comfortable. Lots of privacy with the different rooms and 2 master suites. There was an iron and steamer for our wedding clothes. The kitchen was very well equipped. We made fruit and veggie platters for the rehearsal dinner and we had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The beds were comfortable. There were good spaces to hang out. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Jana stayed in communication with us and answered any questions we had. We had a wonderful wedding weekend with our family and the rental house made it that much nicer. The house was perfect for our needs. If I ever need to go back to Fort Collins I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed a week at the Smith House in late Jan/early Feb and loved it..Had all we needed including a beautiful finished basement with a large screen TV..Nearby Old Town Fort Collins and many great restaurants and breweries..The host Cheryl is very easy to contact if you have any questions or needs..5 star in our book and can't wait to come back here and visit!

The home was beautiful and fit our needs completely. We had plenty of room to move around and it was the perfect location! We had a great time. We were even able to check in 1 hour early! So accommodating and helpful. Would book again!

Home was very clean, spacious and cozy. Thankful for the fenced in yard, our dogs got to burn out some energy running around after a long carride. There's a little noise from the road but nothing bad; this home can easily fit a family comfortablably, I would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was absolutely pristine. It is in the same neighborhood as my brother. The space was perfect for my family. There are two living areas. The upstairs has a wide open area for my kids to play their games. The kitchen was very spacious for meal prep. I will be contacting Aida for all my future visits. Nothing more to say than “Just perfect”!

It was a beautiful home and we had a great stay. Comfortable rooms, great amenities, felt like it was very accommodating being far away from home.

Trish's space was perfect for our family. I liked the kitchen space and there was a lot of room to spread out. Good location. Not far from CSU and Old Town. Liked that it was right by one of many hiking trails. My daughter's loved playing the baby grand!
