We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean. Extremely well stocked with necessities and a lot of luxuries (chargers on the night stand, plentiful towels, espresso etc). Very peaceful and private backyard with private hot tub. Gene was super responsive and definitely made us feel at home. Short drives to Denver and boulder. Estes Park was about an hour. Breckenridge and Colorado Springs are about 2 hours. Definitely recommend this listing for anyone trying to experience several different locations of Colorado.

Very nice accommodations for our family while visiting RMNP. It was nice to relax in the movie the ater after a long day of hiking. When we asked, Michelle kindly provided a set of bedding for the lower futon mattress so our grandson wouldn't fall off the bed. The only thing I would suggest is if someone in your group has fragrance sensitivities, maybe mention it to the hosts ahead of time; the fabric softener (or whatever is used on the bedding) is quite strong. We didn't use all of the amenities because of our schedule. But they looked nice. We were grateful for a safe place to stay. Thanks!

Very comfortable space. Nicole was responsive and helpful. Took us a day to get used to the road and train noise (which wasn’t relatively bad). After that everything was great. Safe areas outside for our toddler to roam and play. Interested in staying here again.

What a gem! The home has been updated with care and good taste, and every little detail has been considered. There is filtered water in the kitchen sink, and there were yoga mats and weights available that we really appreciated as we have been traveling for a long time. Everything works perfectly, and there is plenty of space to spread out. We LOVED our stay at Perky and Kristin's place, and plan to return.

This is a beautifully done home. Such a great place to relax with walking distance of downtown Windsor. BKMac was responsive and sent clear instructions for getting in checkout. Nice game room with an air hockey and foosball. Highly recommend this as your place to stay in Windsor.

We had a great time while visiting Ft. Collins, and Ashley and Frank were very responsive and helpful with anything we had questions about. The host’s home was a very nice, clean, and comfortable place to rest, and the location was perfect with a short walk or drive to many different activities.

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.

Very cozy and peaceful place to stay. It was very clean and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again when visiting family.

The private location and safe community was perfect, Phil communicated with me and got back to me as soon as possible with any questions!
