Double room above the market town of Penrith.

We have one private room which can sleep up to 2 people. This can be set up as either double or twin room, please request your preference on booking. There is WiFi in the room The kitchen and bathroom are shared. We also have laundry facilities. Pets welcome. Parking is available. Penrith is the ‘heart of the Lake District’ and a good place to start discovering this wonderful area. We are only minutes from M6 junction 40. We welcome cyclists and walkers. The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac in Kendal, a 10/15 min walk from the mainline train station, Oxenholme Station, and a 20-25 minute walk into town. The bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite private shower room. We are close to the hospital, ideal if need somewhere to stay if you are working there for a week or two.
