The apartment was designed using a traditional french motif. The bedroom and kitchen are just off of the main living area; While small, the bedroom and kitchen are very accessible, with high end finishes. The main living room is central to the apartment, it is impeccably designed using west elm furniture, and has a 50 square foot window overlooking infamously lighted-tree lined Addison street. The living room also has a functional gas fireplace and a built in desk which overlooks a quaint Philadelphia street. There is a wonderful outdoor patio off of the bedroom complete with a fountain, an antique iron patio set, and a skyline view of Philadelphia.. The whole apartment; full kitchen, outdoor space, grill, fireplace Yes. Please call or text or message through airbnb. The apartment is in an upscale neighborhood in Philadelphia with many small, intimate restaurants within walking distance. It’s central to many of Philadelphia's best attractions, located directly between Rittenhouse Square, Center City and South Street. The location is perfect and the apartment couldn't be cozier. Cabs and Uber are everywhere, but the location can't be beat...walking is best and preferred. Venture over to Rittenhouse square for a taste of elegance or check out south street between 14th and 17th street for a more mellow but exciting nightlife and restaurant scene. Walnut street features great shops. And Chestnut street offers a more traditional nightlife and dining experience. All are within a 5 minute walking radius. If you are interested in staying at my apartment with a pet, please message me. Pets are approved on a case by case basis and additional cleaning fees will apply. Enjoyed our stay at Rafi’s. Clean apartment and looked just like the pics. There was nice and relaxing view from the bedroom. It was a safe area and very walkable. As previous reviews have mentioned, it’s a 4th flr walk-up which was not clear from the listing itself, unless we just missed it and we found the apt number through the WiFi info. Would def stay here again.

My goal was to decompress and wander to look at homes possibly to purchase. So easy to walk - roads easy to follow between Main Street and river. So many green walks and parks but best are the historic homes.

I so enjoyed the quiet beauty of this hidden gem in the woods. From the moment I booked, Jen was a fabulous hostess, giving thought and care to ensure a positive experience. The home is beautiful, and I was happily surprised by the gorgeous holiday decor and cheer. Everything was just as described, and I couldn't have felt more at home. Having grown up nearby, I have no doubt this would be an oasis in the summer months, though even with ice on the lake, it offered peace and beauty. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, and the warmth of my host permeated the entire home. I recommend it to anyone seeking nature, beauty, and comfort.

Our stay at Cece's Boho Cottage was excellent. It started with an egg hunt around the yard for my boys along with some sweet treats for all to enjoy. Cece gave amazing restaurant suggestions along with local hikes and shops. If you happen to forget something, Cece thought of it! We loved morning coffee on the back porch with the rising sun, comfy beds, and enough space to spread out. Thank you for sharing your adorable cottage with us! We are already trying to plan a trip back!

My kids and I stayed here for a long weekend over their spring break and had a lovely time. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful and we couldn’t get enough of the hot tub and massage chair! June was a helpful and gracious host. We got in much later than expected, and it was such a delight to come in and find that she had brought our grocery order in and put the perishables in the fridge. It felt especially home-ie after a long drive in traffic and rain. She went out of her way and helped me with some things after our stay I’m so appreciative. We didn’t need much during our time there but the couple times I did send a message. I heard back right away. It was a great place to stay with kids with the pool table, ping-pong, table, fishing kayaks, hot tub, fire pit, etc.

The best experience we’ve ever had at an Airbnb! Joey’s property is exactly as described with breathtaking scenic views and every amenity you could wish for. Our pup loved running around the open fields and it was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. Joey and his co-host are extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would love to stay here again!

This place was wonderful! Went for a weekend with my dogs and boyfriend to see family and stayed here! The house was very clean when we arrived and the host left us some wine and snacks which was very nice after a long day of traveling! The outside is beautiful as well and our dogs loved the yard! Would reccomend this place to anyone staying in the area!
