The house is located in the elegant and tranquil upscale rich district, half an hour from Amsterdam central station train station and it takes only 10 minutes to go to the train station.The town itself is an idyllic canal setting with beautiful views.We love our community and our time spent here.Will come back again!

We had a great stay in Eva’s beautiful home. The home is cozy, clean and was perfect for our stay in AMS. Eva was super helpful during the entire stay- she even arranged an extra sleeping arrangement for our kiddo. We liked the neighborhood too- very walkable to groceries and restaurants. Kid friendly location with a playground minutes of the apartment.

Enjoyed our stay, Evelien was very proactive in reaching out and making sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very clean apartment and compliant with photos, very close to a supermarket and bus line. If you are by car: private parking in front of the house, 20 minutes to get to the Gein metro station then 20 minutes to Centraal Station by metro. Very good communication with Eline, his messages are useful and accurate.

Melanie was the perfect host. Good communication and very helpful. The apartment is lovely and the location was perfect. A five minute walk to metro and in a neighborhood with excellent restaurants and near museums and a lovely canal. We loved Utrecht.

The place was great, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Welcome treats on arrival, wines in the fridge (did not drink them cause we don't drink wine), but it was a great touch! The place was spotless and there is ample space for a family 5. JP was very responsive on a couple of issues we had, and he resolved them extremely quickly. Our hub was really Utrecht to get around (Utrech Station), so had to commute to utrecht Central daily and it was between a 15-25 minute bus ride (not ideal). The heater (Nordic Fire) is fantastic, took us some time to figure it out to get the apartment at the "right" temperature (right , like art is in the eyes of the beholder). Great value for what you pay. Great hosts. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was a Lovely place. Really close to the central station (three stops by bus, one stop by train) also possible by walk. The place is perfect for two. We felt at home :)

Emma was friendly and helpful, always responsive, and very thoughful. The house was a home, had plenty of kitchenware which is indicative of how welcoming it is. It was calm, and thoughtfully furnished. Love the place, a piece of magic in a wonderful country.

This place was perfect for our first time visiting Utrecht. It was comfortable, convenient and in a great location. We were able to cook dinner, go to the grocery store and do laundry easily as if we were at home. Lester was kind and answered all of our questions quickly. We’d definitely stay again!

Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 4 children. Merel was extremely responsive before and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The house is about 25 minutes outside of Amsterdam which was perfect for us. The little town is lovely - really picturesque and some great restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walk. There was also a supermarket, coffee shop so you have everything you need. The house itself had lots of space and was very well set up for families - the children loved the hot tub! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a beautiful house and it had everything we needed for a short stay. The house was so clean, and had a lovely garden area to relax in. The house is located in a great area, and there was transport close by which made it easy to get to. Johanna is a great host and was very responsive to messages. Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

I love this place! Great host, amazing location, all the amenities and meticulous details. But first, Utrecht itself is beautiful, a lovely place to stay and well worth a visit – and this home is close enough to the train station and city that it’s very easy to get around, however, it’s far enough away that there wasn’t any street or party noise. Back to the home – you are genuinely staying in someone’s home, just how Airbnb was meant to be! It was so well organised, personal items were packed away so we had plenty of space and everything just worked and we felt right at home, because we were. Everything was perfect and we especially loved Sophie, the other host (cat). She was adorable and friendly and we have no doubt she would have fixed any issues if we had any. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

Our family fell in love with this place! It was a wonderful, much-needed refuge from the noise and eventfulness of Amsterdam, the great city. There was enough space for all of us, carefully arranged and just beautiful. 13 min walk to the transportation that takes you to the Central Station. Remarkable cats--a big bonus for us...

I can definitely recommend this accommodation. I rented the little studio and it was perfect for a solo vacation (but it also works for two people). Wilma and her family are very friendly and always making sure that everything is right. The surrounding nature is so beautiful. Take your bike or walk around and enjoy the landscape. The farm is a bit more outside in the fields, so a bike or a car can make the way to and from the frame easier. All in all I can recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to spend a couple of day, but also want to visit the city.

A very well equipped apartment with all required amenities. The location is quiet amd close to the city center. Diederik was extremely helpful for various questions during our stay. Highly recommended
