Welcome to our free 2-room white cottage on small estate. Ideal for day trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht and romantic days with forest walks, bike rides and wood stove. Your pet is welcome. In the converted horse stable you have a view of the forest, the deer, squirrels etc. Many guests stay longer and combine work and leisure. All amenities are independent. Nice swimming pool. Train station is a short distance away, two free bicycles are provided. Amsterdam city center 20 min, Utrecht 12 min.

Cooking on a 4-burner luxury inside kitchen is gas. The toilet is new with a mobile troley under the toilet (not visible and you do not need to empty it yourself). Everything is just new and luxuriously furnished.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Very complete house on an island with a private motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is plenty to do for everyone. In the garden you can laze in a hammock, trampoline jump, canoe, paddle and swim from your own jetty. Nearby, you can continue hiking and biking to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht within 25 minutes by train.

Relax and relax in this just refurbished cozy little water house. Take a dip in the swimming water or throw out your fishing rod. Optionally take a nice boat trip on the lake, we rent the boat with a powerful electric whisper motor. Shower down under the luxurious outdoor shower with hot & cold water. And then delicious BBQ. There is a small outdoor kitchen with hot & cold water. When the evenings are a bit fresher, light the wood stove.

Fantastic houseboat on the Loosdrechtse Plassen

This lovely houseboat is fully equipped: kitchen, 4 sleeping accommodations, bathroom, wood-burning stove, covered terrace, large roof terrace and swimming staircase. The boat is located in a port of Breukelen (Scheendijk) on the Loosdrechtse Plassen . Here you can enjoy swimming and with a sloop on the lakes (for rent in the harbor). Bed and bath linen, kofiie machine (cups) and kettle are provided.

The ‘Don’! A Lovely 9 m flatbottom boat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. She is a remake of a traditional Dutch fishing boat. ‘Don’ sleeps 2 in the front of the boat on the port side (left) in a spacious double. 1 person can sleep in a single birth on starboard (right), or you can store your bags. All beds are 2 m long. Nespresso coffee machine, waterboiler. Wifi. Shower on shore.
