Very nice, tastefully furnished apartment. The location is ideal to explore the city center on foot. We will be happy to come back.

This is a clean, quiet apartment in near the Austria Center that was a perfect location to stay during a conference. There’s a beautiful park near the building and the gym (in the adjacent building to the apartment) was excellent. It’s easy to take the train into town as well.

Lovely place to stay, would visit again!

Stay was great. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped. Terrace is nice especially in the morning when sun is rising. Overall, apartment was clean but it had traces of wear (especially walls which were having luggage marks on them from other guests).

We were very nicely received by Silvie. She showed us the room and roof terrace. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. Also, the view was great. Absolutely recommend, I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious and close to any means of transport. We had very good communication with Florian, his directions were complete and clear. I highly recommend, we had a great time!

We (7 people) had a wonderful stay at Mariana's sparkling clean house. Everything was as described and communication went smoothly. Glad to come back!

We stayed as a group of three in the accommodation and found it perfect for a group - in our case, everyone even had their own room! If you want to cook 'at home,' you also have a superbly equipped kitchen and, especially in warm weather, you can sit very comfortably in the courtyard. Only in bad weather could I imagine that a cozy lounge is missing (sofa is at the edge in the kitchen). Otherwise everything is fine!

We felt comfortable from the first day and were able to relax well. The tips for the motorcycle were very helpful and also that we could park for free in Vienna was great. The kitchen was well equipped, so you could do whatever you wanted. The pool was also great, so you had a welcome refreshment on hot days.

The house and surroundings are very nice. You have everything you need and above all peace. Communication with Martin went smoothly. We had a lovely and relaxing weekend for three with friends. We could have easily stayed a few more days.

Great place to stay near Belvedere Castle. Great access from the train station. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, a drugstore and a bakery. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Marianna was always easily accessible and explained everything to us at the key handover. It was a great short stay in Vienna.

Our stay in the beautiful Waldheimat left nothing to be desired! - Our whole family had an unforgettable time there and we really didn't miss anything! - The house was just perfect for us and our children in its layout and spaciousness! - A big plus goes to the rustic coziness & cleanliness of the house! (We were particularly impressed by the playroom and it was a very big highlight for young and old :)) We will definitely be back and will always remember this unforgettable weekend at the Semmering!

The place was really great! Great quiet location,very well equipped,lots of comfort. We were 6 adults,bathrooms, toilets and the rest of the amenities was perfect for us. Klaus and Sabine were very accommodating and easily accessible! I would book the house again and again! Easily accessible by car,easy unloading and inviting. Many restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Thank You!

Beautiful house and location. From the moment we were greeted by Ingrid till we left we felt at home. Ingrid walked us through the home before she left. The house was impeccably clean and kitchen was well stocked if you find of cooking. The surroundings are beautiful with the living room facing the mountains and you can see the sunrise from the wide living room glass wall . Grocery stores are walkable distance in either direction. I especially like the centrum Billa store so I could walk along the stream in the morning. I can go on praising the house and surroundings but will leave it for you experience. Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

A lovely stay in Vienna, thank you Tina! I would highly recommend a stay here, the apartment is spacious and beautiful with high ceilings. A kitchen with appliances and cutlery all well stocked, the coffee machine was great! Beds comfy and bathroom very clean and a nice powerful shower. Would stay again!

Stefan's house is 20 minutes away from the center. Much cheaper than the houses in the 1st district. We stayed with 6 people. It was a bit difficult to have only one toilet. The house was big. Just like in the photos. It was comfortable. thank you Stefan

We had a great stay here!

The apartment is super clean, warm and cosy. Brane helped us park our car, he was really polite, hospitable and explained everything to us in few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and had a good rest :)

We had a fantastic stay at Liliana and Micheal’s apartment in Vienna! The location is perfect—very close to the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautiful, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!
