The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Charme and Comfort at "B&B am Park"

Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance. I am happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, museums ... to make your stay a true Viennese experience!
