Really nice, comfortable and beautiful apartments! Perfect for long-term stay! Kitchen is equipped with everything needed, all grocery stores are nearby, there is easy transportation to city centre. Definitely recommend!!!

I stayed there for a month (January-February) and had a great experience. The place is nice, the people are friendly, and the accommodation is overall very comfortable. I appreciated all the facilities, as they provide everything you need to feel at home. If you want to stay fit, they even have a cable pulley machine. I really enjoyed my stay. And if you travel with public transportation, the bus station is one minute away.

It was my second stay in this amazing, cosy apparent that made my stay in Vienna wonderful & to come back home to the apartment was always a big pleasure!!! My biggest gratitude to Hannes for all details in the flat, all needed facilities, for a clean atmosphere, for so many dishes inside that make the stay always super comfortable & cosy!!! The location of the apparent is so nice to go both to the city centre & the train station!!! I enjoyed it so much !!! :)

The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean, tidy, and located in a quiet neighborhood, with a shop, pharmacy, and train station nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A short walk takes you to the center of Mödling, and from there you can continue to the cathedral and head into the small mountains. From the station, you can reach Vienna in just a few minutes, with trains running very frequently. There’s a relaxing view from the window. I can only recommend this place, and I will definitely choose this apartment again at the next opportunity.
