Monthly Rentals in Wien

I stayed there for a month (January-February) and had a great experience. The place is nice, the people are friendly, and the accommodation is overall very comfortable. I appreciated all the facilities, as they provide everything you need to feel at home. If you want to stay fit, they even have a cable pulley machine. I really enjoyed my stay. And if you travel with public transportation, the bus station is one minute away.

Gerta's apartment is very conveniently located for all projects in the center of Vienna, because it is a 5-minute walk from Landstraßer Bahnhof, where the express trains from the airport arrive and important U-Bahn and tram lines stop. At the same time, you are 10 minutes from the Prater and 10 minutes from the city center. The residential complex is modern and well-maintained, the surroundings safe and tidy. Gerta is a very friendly and accommodating hostess, you can always communicate quickly and easily. I had an all-around pleasant stay - THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful stay at Rene's place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rene was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet area that allowed us to relax after a day of exploring.
